headquarter is in UK London. The organisation deals in retail and commercial banking. The

customer satisfaction. For instance in

account, but due to negative image of
the institution the company rank
decreased in overall service industries

The company had faced a variety of

investors mind before investing an
amount due to they were caught in
fraud cases. This creates a big loss to

requirements of credit in Retail and
commercial field, this is great
opportunity of growing the institution
by fulfilling the requirements (Jordan-
Makely, 2019).
The institution should get into the large
portfolio of providing commercial
services in order to attract more
consumers and they must focus on
improving the merchandising.
Threat
As the major threat the company is that
need to focus on long term
sustainability as in the year 2000
company has closed its various of
branches due to the reduction In the
goodwill of the organisation because
the industry didn't deals as per
consumer needs.

From the above discussion it is concluded that the institution is well recognised brand in United

institution can minimise and overcome their weakness and threats by analysing and building a
