INTRODUCTION Job-related learning involves actions or projects that are using the environment of the job candidate to build their skills and knowledge for comprehending the education via their career experience. The usefulness of work-related abilities in satisfying employment criteria will be explored in this paper. This research will also look at how students might further their careers in the study industry. This research will be able to improve the administration and understanding of new skills as well as create new interests and skills. I am a Business Studies student at a college. SECTION C SWOT Analysis A personal SWOT analysis may be utilized to analyses my main abilities that will contribute to my next growth and professional growth into postgraduate work. This study will be able to identify the essential advantages, flaws, talents, and traits that have to be improved or worked on. Strength: The marks I was able to attain in most of my evaluations throughout my graduation are one of my biggest individual qualities as a student. It has given me the opportunity to improve my résumé, which will be a critical component of my job search. Aside from that, I have excellent research and problem-solving abilities. It's one of my strongest assets, and it has aided me in gathering knowledge that is critical to the business survival. My understanding of corporate management has grown as a result of the work experience I gained while participating in internship. People recognize my good decision-making abilities since I have great investigating and dilemma talents, in additional to the knowledge I've gained. I was capable of improving a company's efficiency by 5% as an internship, which I think to be a significant accomplishment in today's business marketplace (Zivicová and Gullerová, 2017).
