The chosen company for this project is Pepsi-Cola's which is second largest food and beverages company in effective market share. The company is founded in 1965 and it is one of the significant sources and achieve PepsiCo and it have joint venture with Chinese partners in different management styles (Bonsu, 2019). It is one of the wholly owned operations from Beijing and non-carbonated beverages in the market. The main aim is to achieve growth and long term values to manage operations via creating competitive advantages for the growth in product innovation. Pepsi Cola developed as a soft drink in 1898 and since which has gone for managing most of recognized process in world. All the strategies and practices of the business affairs of the company are overseen by the Board of directors (Kuo, 2019). This dissertation proposal is basically related to analysing SWOT technique for managing strategic management within respective company within China. It is beneficial for the readers to complete the study and manage the time frame for completing address and manage the data in an effective and appropriate way to collect data, manage structure and complete the analysis in more sufficient process and achieve objective on time.
