research further conclude an effective attention and manage details as a strategic competitors
analysis in an effective and appropriate way. It is one of the managing global marketing shares
and growth which has become one of the world's largest process and manage soft drink in and
across the national boundaries. This paper further included about the strategic management to
gain competitive environment, through the use of SWOT analysis in the respective company. It
is basically intent of the marketing and manage the global market process for make effective
business player and manage the internal environment. This research conducted through
qualitative research methodology and on the basis of secondary data information. Here,
researcher work on different writer's point of view and manage the conceptual data in more
effective and appropriate way. In last few recommendations related to strategic management and
its policies are evaluated for the growth in market and gain wider range of strategic benefits in
china's market.
