Introduction
The use of the report has been done to describe the case study of My Health Record for
the medical system of Australia. The description of the system has been done in this report. The
system is used for the storage to the data for the patients as well as the hospitals of Australia. The
system can be used by the doctors of the hospitals and the staffs of the system as well. The report
consists of the analysis of the stakeholders and the use cases for the system is done in this report.
Additionally questionnaires have also been provided in this report so that the system upgrades
can be performed by the organization as per the requirements described in the questionnaires.
Stakeholder Analysis
The stakeholder analysis provides us with the information about the stakeholders
involved in the system. The process also involves the categorization of the stakeholders into
different sectors according to the requirements of the organization. The stakeholders of My
Health Record are categorized into four different sections which are categorized as Internal-
Operation, Internal-Executive, External-Operation, and External-Executive.
Stakeholder Map
The stakeholder map is involved with the plotting of the stakeholders into the graph
according to their categories. The categories are divided into four quadrants as the Internal-
Operation, Internal-Executive, External-Operation, and External-Executive. The plotting and the
division of the stakeholders have been done according to the power in the organization and the

involvement of the
