Justification for System:
The SPCB Enrolment System will give different preferences to SPCB. The greatest is the
misrepresentation end. As the system will follow all the enrolment demands, the system will
naturally recognize whether a solitary understudy is applying for various courses. In addition, the
association can follow all the inward procedures viably. Every response gathered from the
stakeholder will be checked. This will result in precise information acknowledgment and reports
quality will naturally improve. The system will likewise give critical help to decision making.
Business Case Description and Business Benefits from System
Implementation:
The selected organization is a university or some educational institute that provides
provide courses to the students. The organization handles the course enrolment on paper based
approach. The organization offers various courses that are from various programs. Such as the
student can enroll into IT course for Diploma or Degree.
SPCB Enrolment System are comprised of electronic gadgets to get to the system and
database to store the information gathered from different gadgets. The proposed enrolment
system will offer the chance to change over the manual paper based works into innovation driven
computerized forms. The SPCB Enrolment System will cover whole enrolment system alongside
the course/program the executives. The administration can without much of a stretch see the
improvement of works through the system. The SPCB Enrolment System will decrease the
operational expense by making the back office forms programmed. This implies educators and
other staff does not need to include in dealing with paper works for finishing an enrolment. The
