Stakeholder DescriptionAll stakeholders related in this project ‘My Health Record’ are listed and described in the belowmentioned table: StakeholderDescriptionHospital OwnersAll the trustees and hospital owner is the primary stakeholder who worksto arrange funding of the hospitals and also funds themselves. They alsomaintained other related activities for the improved infrastructureconstruction and the arrangement of better facilities required for medicalemergency patients. Hence, as they are directly related to operationalwork of hospital so they are considered as an external stakeholder for thisproject. Board Of DirectorsIn this project, Board of Directors are also considered as externalstakeholder as they are also not directly inter-related with the dailyoperations of hospital. They are only become functional to take anyimportant decisions for the betterment of organization. Medical Director (MD)MDs follow all rules and regulations pre-determined by the owners anddirectors in all operational activities and various hospital related concerns.In case of medical needs, MDs do contact with the specialized doctors todiscuss patient’s details and conclude about the best treatment needed inthat emergency situation. System AdministratorThe system administrator acts as internal stakeholder of this ‘My HealthRecord’ project. PatientsThe patient in this Health Record system is directly related and alsoconsidered as primary stakeholder. However, they also considered as anexternal-executive in the implementation work of project. GovernmentThe Government also plays vital role in this project by providing allnecessary funds and arranging proper infrastructure of this new
