SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN Use Case Diagram: Figure 6: Use Case Diagram (Source: Created by Author) Task Analysis: The task taken into consideration for analyzing is the trip booking process. This analysis shows trip selection to payment, all the process to confirm a booking. The application will have a section that will allow the user to register a trip. The user cannot request for a trip/trek unless he is logged in to the system. The system will track every operation executed by the user based on the login id of the user. The application will show a lot of trips and trekking options to the user. The user can see brief details and price of each trip/trek. Then the user will click on desired trip and the system will provide all the details of that trip to a new page. From this area the user can request for booking the trip. The system will show available seats for the trip and other details.
SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN As the whole process is very complex and need to be guided by an admin, the system will not accept direct booking from customer. Once the request is submitted, the system will show the request to the admin. Admin later can select the preferable groups/single travelers for trip. Once the confirmation is done from admin end, the user will receive a mail regarding making the payment. A link will be in the mail. The user will open the link and a payment gateway page will appear on screen. The system only accepts card payment (debit and credit both). Once the payment is complete the application will produce an electronic bill and user can download that bill in the form of PDF.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN Figure 9: Register for Trip/Trek Page (Source: Created by Author) Analysis of Design: The first design is the user persona. This diagram is content based. This means that the diagram shows raw content which are structured very nicely. The persona provide a very detailed
SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN information of the potential users. Based on the behavior and wishes of the target audience, the system has to be developed. Therefore, the personas are very important part of system design decisions. The scenarios are the second diagrams. The scenarios are combination of content and images. Both of the scenario shows the most important two parts of the system. The first scenario shows that user must be registered and logged in to access the system. This extremely essential as the base on internet based system is security and user management is the most effective and common security practice. Through the registration and login image, the scenario provide a perfect idea of how the user will complete these two process. The scenario also shows that after registration is complete, the user will use the login id and password to login. The second scenario is about booking a trip. It has two sets of examples of what kind of data a trip page can have. The interaction between the user and system is essential for capturing the system behavior and it is available in this scenario. The next image is the journey map. The journey map is very essential for capturing the information that entails how to capture user attention. There are various definitions of the customer journey map that are somewhat right. However, as per the specific journey map diagram created in this assignment, the importance of the customer mood is very high. If an application is able to make a user happy then it is easy to make him/her a loyal customer. The journey map shows the state of mind for Clark but it can be anyone with same thoughts. This is the primary importance of diagrams in system design, these diagrams can be taken as reference or granted. The next diagram is the story board. The story board provided a very good idea of how the user will try to book a trip. The center of action has been chosen the trip process as it the most vital process of all. The whole story board shows the user’s perspective of booking a trip.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN The use case is the most important diagram of all those created in this assignment. The use case is considered to be the base of actual system designs, the designs that directly portrayed the system. The use case provide a strong idea of how the system will be used by the users. This means that the use case illustrates the interaction between user and system. The users mentioned in the use case has been taken into design consideration only. The prototype diagrams are the exact replica of what the system will look like. These three diagrams showed how the user will see the system on their mobile device.
