Introduction
This report intends to provide the appropriate solution for the training and educating
the nurses as well as the students at the General practise in the Lidcombe area. It could be
observed that the general practise faced several problems due to the lack of the support from
the top management and the unavailability of the resources that were required for providing
required training and knowledge to the student nurses. A detailed CATWOE analysis has
been conducted for solving the problems in the general practise. A rich picture has been
provided illustrating the method by which the problem is solved. Lastly this report concludes
with an appropriate conclusion for the report.
CATWOE analysis
CATWOE could be described as the acronym that precisely stands for Customers,
Actors, Transformation process, World view, Owners and the Environmental constraints. It
has been considered as the simple checklist for discovering the solutions to major problems in
the organisations. It provides the required appropriate solutions and then stimulates several
approaches (Aithal 2017). The use of the CATWOE analysis makes it significantly possible
for identifying the areas of the problems, search for the goals and the aims of any company,
and then determine which solutions could be appropriate and influence the majority
stakeholders. This analysis mainly utilises the thought solutions from several perspectives.
This particular analysis is frequently utilised for identifying and then solving the problems of
the businesses that frequently include several conflicting interests. With the proper
consideration of the all the perspectives as well as the viewpoints, it provides the ethical
framework for the approach of problems solving (Adham et al. 2015). This analysis is
commonly executed on the present residing system of the organisation or the processes of the
organisation. For the general practise of the nurse, the CATWOE analysis could be
