Assessment for Workplace Diversity and Customer Service

This assessment is designed to assess the student's knowledge and understanding of managing diversity in the workplace and promoting diversity in the workplace through improving the relationship internally and externally to increase cultural awareness, understand respect for each other, and communication to benefit the restaurant café’ to prevent human rights violations.
