achieve the goals of the organisation. Where the development assessment give assistance in

give assistance in utilizing the right sources at right place within the organisation (Namoun, et.al
2019). The planning assessment help in delivering the right guidance for the benefits of the
organisation. The developed assessment in the organisation is utilized to identify the functional
capability of the employees working within the organisation. The instrument is utilized in order
to improve the performance and productivity of the individual of the company.

Performance evidence and knowledge evidence basically determine a situation which determine
the specific resources' requirement for the individual. In the performance evidence all the
criteria which is utilized in performing the specific activity are included. In the organisation it is
utilized to satisfy the performance of the individual working within the firm. The knowledge
evidence refers to the specific information which is required to the individual to perform the
activity in effective and efficient manner (Bloom, Van Reenen and Williams, 20190). The
knowledge evidence enhance the learning outcomes of the individuals. In the assessment activity
the individual analysis the components that are useful or not and make judgment on that basis of
determined examination of components. The assessment criteria include the comments and
compare the similarities and differences. It should be addressed in activity for understanding the
personal quality and skills for providing the employability skills.

The direct evidences are utilized to measure the performance and analysation of work done by
the student. It can be done by the evaluation of the learning degree which is accomplished by the
student. The examples of direct evidences are scores on local exams where the outcome or the

result provide the important or useful information. This evidence is collected thought the
allotment of homework’s and assignment.
Indirect evidences refer to the indirect measurement which is utilized to collect the information
of the student. With the assistance of indirect evidences, it easy to analysis the satisfaction and
opinion of the student in a particular situation (Corneille, and Stahl 2019). The indirect evidences
are collected through the exit’s interviews student survey and self-evaluation of the candidate are
some examples of indirect evidences by which it is easy to gather all the information related to
the student.
Supplementary evidence is utilized by the accessors to support the student claims of capabilities.
In the supplementary evidence the information of the individual collected through different form
it can be with the assistance of written or oral test. The information is not collected from the
candidate the data is collected through third party or other peoples. Testimonial from employers
and work diaries are the examples of the evidence.
