INTRODUCTIONQuality Management System is a bundle of business focusing on the requirements ofcustomers. It also emphasizes on consumers’ satisfaction. The discussion about main principlesof QMS in Australia has been made. It is a set of policies that are required in planning andorganising any enterprise. This report also includes methods, techniques of management and in addition to this,examples of national standards are applied to this system that have been mentioned. It also tellsabout different benefits of management that improve the customer satisfaction, to make businesseffective and many more. Lastly, two procedures that help in identifying unsatisfactory resultswhile reviewing QMS are specified. Moreover, the following report covers quality requirements,principles of it and also focuses on the improvement of QMS in Australia has been determined.TASK 3.11. Specifying three examples of organisation which can benefit from having a QualityManagement System (QMS).From having QMS, business enterprise can be benefited in many ways such as reductionin cost, satisfying customers, increasing worker's morale, improvement in organization's status,better process incorporation etc. (Nanda, 2016).Three of the examples are discussed below:Improvement in satisfying customers: Organisation in Australia has main benefits of satisfyingconsumers by considering QMS. They can meet customers’ requirements by planning andorganising system of quality management.
