1TALENT LEADER
A Talent Leader is a person responsible for acquiring people who are proficient in
their work and identify himself as a distinguished person among the rest with his unmatched
qualities. He holds special position in every organization with his abilities. He is the center of
attraction with his unmatched persona and stands out amongst the group. He holds right for
the development of the community. He holds access to the social, economical and political
spheres in the community and helps them to grow. Therefore, by analyzing all the qualities
mentioned I can assure that I possess the zeal to become a talent leader. I view myself as
being capable of holding a special position among the group as I am liked as well as
appreciated by all the members in the group. I have the ability to convince people and give
them courage to face the challenges that they encounter in their lives. As a leader I am able to
identify the individuals who would prove to be beneficent for the organization. The ability to
identify and motivate the people in the group makes me an able individual for the role of a
leader.
Identifying myself as a leader comes from the fact that I am able to lead the group
with my ability to convince the individuals to follow the path which is shown to them by me.
They establish firm belief in my qualities and support the ideologies that are laid in front of
them by me. The belief that they have in me provides them with a new outlook towards the
society. I propose new plans for the development of the community that includes self-
development programs and skill acquiring programs which will help the individuals in the
group to achieve better prospects in their future. The development programs help the
individuals to establish a firm belief in themselves and their abilities which makes me an
efficient leader who is able to lead the group in a right direction.
Family plays an important role in shaping my character of being an able and efficient
talent leader. There should be strong personal characteristics in a leader as he is the main
driving force in the group. Thankfully in the course of my life I have had a very supportive

family which has provide me the basic characteristics of being an able talent leader. The basic
quality the leader needs to possess is self and self-confidence because the belief in one’s own
ability is necessary to make others believe in the ideas proposed by the leader. From my early
childhood my parents always made sure that I never lack confidence. They provided me full
support in all the activities I did and encouraged me in doing a variety of other activities.
Other than studying I was always told by my parents to take part in extra-curricular activities
in school and at social level. All this gave me the much needed exposure at the initial level.
As a child this made me confident about my abilities. The confidence led to increased social
engagement which is a necessary quality for a leader. Social engagement helped me in
improving my communication skills as I was exposed to a number of people who were from
different sections of the society. My parents always made sure that I was never humiliated in
public which would have resulted in loss of self-confidence. The improvement in my social
skills can be credited to my grandfather who took me out for different social activities. He
made sure that I engaged in large groups who performed different activities like painting,
singing, dramas, debates and many more. My family being an ardent traveler group has taken
to many different parts of the world that provided me exposure to different cultures and
understanding basic differences between their cultures and ideologies.
The events in my childhood made me an able individual who is confident enough to
promote self-belief in the group as I myself am able to trust myself before making any
decision for the group. The development of self-belief, social and communicative skills
which are inculcated in me due to the participation in group activity during my childhood
have made me the leader I am today. Due to all the abilities I possess I am always the one
who is preferred by the group and help them in their development. The ability to keep the
group together and understand their concerns makes the functioning of an organization easier.
The communication skills made me able to present my view clearly in front of the group

which made them believe in me. These abilities make me stand out from the crowd and the
best amongst all. As I participated in a lot of creative programs this led to the development of
creative insights which later provided me the ability to develop creative plans for the group. I
developed fun sessions for the individuals in the group that kept them indulged in their work.
The creativity included the programs related to recreational events, organizing of group
outings which will keep the individuals interested and help me identifying the talent people
who take initiative in actively participating in the activities. The understanding of varied
cultures due to the frequent travel trips that I have taken with my family has helped me to
understand different cultures and this in turn has led to fruitful results in the sphere of the
group.
Due to the strong family structure I had and the relationships I had with the members
of my family I was very strong at the emotional level. Every member in my family was
supportive of every decision I took regarding the domain of my study and work that it
resulted in emotional stability. The stability in the emotional sphere proves that I am able to
make strong and efficient decisions that are helpful for the individuals in the group. As said
my strength was in keeping the individuals together and the unmatched ability to convince
the individual according to my beliefs there was an area where I lacked and that was my
temperament. As I was brought up in an friendly and helpful environment in my family, I
never faced any retaliation from anyone but after getting exposed in a group the situations are
different. When a leader works in a group he has to work together with a number of
individuals who may hold different opinions which may lead to difference in opinions. The
difference in opinions sometimes lead to conflicting situations, the conflicts sometimes result
in a loss of my temper which leads to chaotic situations. The chaos in the group is harmful
when it arises on part of the leader.

4TALENT LEADER
The people who have shaped me as an able talent leader are from my family and they
hold a special position in my life. My parents and my grandparents have led me into the light
that I have experienced as an individual who is filled with self-belief an able individual who
possess the necessary qualities of being a talent leader and stand out from the crowd. They
played a crucial part during the early years of my development which has helped me to grow
as an individual with better future goals and perspectives. The events that took in the past life
of an individual always have a reflection on the present life. As the saying goes the present of
an individual is shaped by the experiences he had in the past. The past experiences that I had
with my family provided me with mental stability that is reflected in my decision making
qualities. My decisions are equally appreciated and accepted by the individuals without any
resistance as they have developed belief in my abilities. Thus, I can say that I have been
lucky enough to have been brought up in a family that has worked on my development since
my childhood making me the leader I am today. They all have strived for my excellence and
hold a special place in my life and career. My subordinates have developed respect for me
because of the fact that I have always worked in collaboration with them and never treating
them with disrespect. I have been always taught by my family that no individual is authorized
to disrespect anyone under any circumstances. This has led me to grow with good moral
values which is helpful in the group activities and identifying the talented individuals.
With respect to myself, I can say that the risk I experience in decision making are
comparatively low as I possess higher degree of self-belief due to my family background. My
family is extremely structured as they possess high moral values but the place I work in is
slightly messy due to the lack of communication between the subordinates and the leading
position holders but as a talent leader io have identified that if the communication gap
between the subordinates and high office holders is mended it will help the organization to
achieve a good structure which would be beneficial for the organization. The difference in the

position of different individuals in the working sector creates a sense of struggle amongst
them. The struggle has led to conflicts within the organization. The cultural co-existence has
also created another challenge for the organization that needs to be met as soon as possible to
ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
The new developments that will help in the organization is the inculcation of cross
cultural sessions and the assurance of employee respect which increases the efficiency
amongst the group. Communicative programs should be held to bridge the gap between the
employers and the employees in which I can play a major role my offering my creative ideas
which will yield good results for the organization as well as the individuals in the group. At
the individual level I have a very good rapport with every individual in the organization. My
co-workers hold an important position in my life but most of all I value my family as they are
my source of cultural and emotional well-being. There are individuals who look up to me and
consider me as their role model because of my unmatched skills and the ability to co-exist
with the rest of the people in the organization.
Due to my abilities I can develop a connection very easily in mw workplace. I am an
individual who has never been exposed to any severe situation of conflict in the workplace
which makes a favorite amongst my peers, superiors and subordinates. With all the abilities I
possess in co-existing with everyone I am able to keep the relationship going for a long time.
There are a few incidents in my working life where the people I have worked with have kept
in touch even after they left their job or moved away due to some other factors. The people
around me are very helpful in providing support to the policies I propose and the issues I
raise as they realize the fact that I am working for their welfare. In some areas I do
experience aloofness sometimes as the whole process of developing and proposing the
policies lie with me and I am the sole responsible person to put up a fight for the welfare of
evry individual in the group.

In the later stages I plan to work for the betterment of others as well as develop the
abilities that I lack which is mainly the temperamental issue. I have never lost my temper on
anyone in the working sector but their needs to be control on the outburst to maintain
harmony in workplace by achieving control on my temperament it would be easy for me to
develop myself and grow at individual and social level. to help others grow I need to
formulate harmonious workplace culture.
Contributing to my past experiences which I had with my family it can be said that
they have helped me to grow and work efficiently as a leader and the working in the
organization getting exposed to different individuals has enriched my life and experience as a
whole. New values have been developed in me due to the exposure I had in the working
sphere and have added to the moral and social values that I had as an individual during the
initial stages of my life.
