This research project aims to review the need and importance of talent management and its impact on employee performance at New Look. It includes a literature review on talent management, its rising need, and importance in the current business environment. The project also investigates effective talent management practices that can be used by New Look to support higher attraction and longer retention of skilled candidates. The research methodology includes a quantitative approach with a sample size of 40 employees. The project adheres to research ethics and includes a Gantt chart for project management.
