the company achieve its objectives in the shortest period feasible, as well as gain greater
development and success in the worldwide market. Further, implication of quantitative research
method was also made by me that consists use of questionnaire for data collection which ensures
gathering of significant information thus, it an effective way to meet objectives of current
investigation.
Alternative research methodologies and lessons learnt
The alternative searches method that could be used by me consists of qualitative form of
research method along with inductive approach to ensures more in-depth and theoretical study
for an investigation. Furthers, implication and use of interview could also be made as alternative
research method.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that talent management strategies
is very helpful for the organization in order to achieve their goals and objectives. Talent
management strategy supports the organization as well as employees to improve their
capabilities and skills so that they can become more confident and help them to avoid risk factors
which are facing by the company. It is recommended to the organization that they should adopt
some techniques so that they can improve the confident of the workers that include different kind
of training and development programs and some rewards and appreciation program so that the
employees can feel more valuable in the organization and give their effective efforts in order to
bring more opportunities
