 The report has concluded that talent management is the
curial activity for every business. It ascertained employee
retention, ,motivation, loyalty and dedication towards their
job role. Managing talent is the most required activity as the
environment is dynamic and competitive. To remove hurdles
from getting business success, companies need to look at
best talent strategies which has identified in this report such
as giving good training session, career opportunities, high
pays and incentives as well as immense support.

RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended for best food logistics to retain the best people and focus
