Reflection
After the completion of project, I have realized my strengths and weaknesses as well
which I can use in the future as well. I have performance well as I have given my best to
complete the project. I have put my 100% efforts to make the project a success. For attaining
objectives of the projects I stated the clear goals right in the start and then created the plan with
clearly defining milestones. I have worked early on the project to deal with the difficult parts of
the project such as research. This have provided me the way to deal in early with the significant
issues. It have helped in completion of the project before the deadline.
I have also faced various obstacles during the completion of this project. The major obstacle was
less and scarce resources. However the obstacles was managed through collaboration with other
researchers. Breaking down the work into smaller proportions and then performing it have
worked really well in this project. It has made me easier to find where to start which part and
when. It has worked to provide detailed planning which is essential for the project to go
smoothly. However, taking same time to complete each task has not worked as for every task
different time was needed. I have learnt various skills and capabilities from this project such as
time management skills, organization and collaboration etc. I have also learnt how I can use my
strengths to overcome my weaknesses.
