The human resource department ofan organisation needs to focus on the talent management of the organisation in order toenhance the productivity of the entire business. Talent management refers to managingtalents within the organisation to acquire business objectives and goals. ASDA also developsthe firm strategy to management the talent within their organisation by retaining the talentedpeople in their organisation.
