organisation to effectively recognise and developed its human resource and ensure better
management of skill and talent to have positive impact on the productivity and performance
(Anlesinya and Amponsah-Tawiah, 2020). It has been seen that, many organisations are facing
issues and problem is effectively identifying and recruiting employee along with maintaining an
efficient performance level to achieve the set organisational goal and standard level of
performance. Therefore, current study has been taken out Sainsbury company to determine about
the key aspects of talent management that makes it a strategic priority for all form of business
organisation. Sainsbury is one of the leading supermarket Chain of UK that was founded in the
year of 1869 and having its main headquarter in London, UK. The current study comprises of the
main aim and objective of the project along with a detailed literature review and main findings of
the primary investigation together with the recommendations for ensuring improved management
of talent.

The main aim of current study is, “To evaluate about the concept of talent management as
strategic priority along with analysing the impact of regular training on the overall employee
