Talent management is a continuous process that is related with attracting and
unthreatening of employees so that their overall performance level can be maximised. In
organisations this technique is used for the purpose of maximising the present skill base of
employees to achieve the laid mission and vision statements with higher productivity. In present
report marks and Spencer is the select organisation that is well known retail brand across UK
(Yanbin, Latukha and Selivanovskikh, 2020). The project will include aims and objectives,
Gantt chart, research methods that briefly discussed. Further there will be recommendation and
reflection based on the whole analysis of the report.

Aim: “To analyse various talent management strategies that are used by organisations to
attract and retain employees.” A study on Marks and Spencer.

resources that includes finance, human resources, technological resources that are necessary to
complete the research.
Risk: There are certain risks that includes lack of resources, delay in completion of work
that may affect the research work (Meng and Berger, 2018). It is important for researcher to
have prior plans to deal with such uncertainties and future risks.
