holiday trip, gifts, solo trip etc. are provided to them. Whereas, workers value work more as
compare to money then they are assigned more job roles and responsibilities. So that they can be
forced to work more hard in order to create tough bench mark for Aldi and Lidl in the global
market.
Advantages:

can frame strategies to retain them in the company for longer time duration.
This theory puts more emphasizes on reward so it is beneficial for Jack Discount Stores
because they can raise their workforce efficiency by giving them proper reward for their
work performance.
Vroom's theory work more towards attaining maximum pleasure and least pain for
individual (Nuradiana and Sobari, 2019). This theory will help Jack Discount Stores to
back their skilled employees as less pain is given to them.
Limitations:
Rewards are given on this basis of job skills in jack Discount Stores then employees who
perform better based on leadership qualities gets demotivate.
It is difficult to measure value and efforts of the employees invested to complete the task
assigned by Jack Stores. So the accuracy of the expectancy theory is not always high it is
low in many cases.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that motivation plays a significant role in
retaining potential employees over the years. Through motivation overall workforce efficiency of
co-workers can be raised at rapid scale which is a positive mark for the business in the
competitive market place. Various motivational theory like, Maslow's Hierarchy of Need and
Vroom's expectancy theory are studied deeply so that friendly relationship can be build in the
working premises and puts human resource into action. Different organization execute
motivational theory according to their business structure so that they can compete with rivalry
