Theme 1: 3-5 years long carrying out the performance
From the analysis of the responses that have been gained from the survey of
the employees of The Chapel it has been gained that majority of the
respondents’ replies that they are associated with firm from 3- 5 years. This
implies that they possess greater amount of experience which is effective in
offering training to the personnel to a greater extent. In contrast to this there
were certain personnel who reply that they are associated with organization
from less than an year. This reflects lesser experience that is being possessed
by them.

Theme 2: Firm organize training and development for
the personnel
When the employees of The Chapel were asked regarding whether or the
business organize training and development for the personnel, it has been
examined that 19 respondents strongly agrees with the view, 14 employees
agree. Further 7 respondents were neutral that implies that they neither agrees
nor disagrees with the statement. On the other hand 6 employees disagree and
4 respondents strongly disagree with the view. From the analysis it can be
interpreted that majority of the respondents strongly agrees with the statement
that firm organize training and development for employees. With such the
employees are offered with opportunity to enhance their skills.
