made by the leader of company are put into action in correct manner.
 If the actions are not in correct manner then the manager need to take measures for

• TQM is the approach of operation management which is helpful for the company
in managing the quality the production process for Jaguar.
• This is system which focuses on the overall quality of the product since the raw
material is brought in the company till the final goods are sent to the consumer
for final consumption.
• This is a consumer focused approach which states that the quality of the goods
and service must be high because if this will be high then the consumers will like
it.
• Thus, this approach is applied by the manager of Jaguar by using the high quality
raw material so that it results in better quality products.
