practice in organisation. being teacher of geography, I will take use of technology to provide

In teaching and learning within geography, there is requirement of liaison with others
specialist group and individuals as to offer learning support to pupils. Teaching is about
exploring of new knowledge and learning to have better opportunities. Henceforth, organisation

trainers working in the same industry (Si, 2019). I continually strive to develop my
technological proficiency while also learning new vocabulary in order to inspire the students to
whom I teach geography classes on Zoom. I also make an effort to build relationships with my

look for new opportunities and obstacles that may be overcome by using my talents, and I try to
form close bonds with students in school.

develop different strategies which requires coping up with uncertainties that creates impact on
student education. To teach students I would be able to develop strategies by understanding their
behaviour and personality towards the area of subject. The external liaison impacts on driving
information which provides some new information in relation subject area that enhance
knowledge and criteria regarding the conception of geography among students. By taking
support with experts and trainers teaching practices will become more effective that will help in
boosting institution reputation by creating emphasise on university (Mills, 2020). The liaison
with other teachers helps in designing new program by taking motivation from experts and other
events which assist in being creative towards the teaching practices that is easy to attract students
for this purpose, external liaison is required to make students involved in new programmes and
making them learn from new experiences. To encourage students towards personal growth the
liaison would impact in knowledge and understanding of students. Hence, incorporating skills
will require student to grow their academic capabilities for professional career development. Due
to the dynamic environment and frequent change in my own teaching practise, I also need to
improve my skills (Pinner, 2019). Therefore, it is crucial to strengthen some weak areas and
capabilities by participating in training, expert sessions, events, and seminars in order to adapt to
this environment. Additionally, cooperation skills are necessary. Therefore, cooperation and
interpersonal relationships are undoubtedly developed among the students in these liaison
training sessions.
