Task 1
a) Roles and responsibilities as a teacher in education and training along with relationships and
boundaries between your roles and teacher and that of other professionals
Roles of a teacher in education and training is described as -
Helps in making clear communication with learners and other professionals.
Teacher helps in making aware of support mechanisms made available.
This is the main role of teacher which is meeting and identifying individual learner's
needs (Sumantri and et.al., 2018).
Teacher helps in motivating the learners to develop their ability and aspiration to learn
new things in education so that the training process is analyzed effectively and in
appropriate manner.
Teacher's main role is to promote behavior that is appropriate and provides respect to
others.
Role of a teacher is to also ensure that all the rules and regulations are followed effectively by
the learner. Main role by being a teacher is that it helps in identifying the needs of the learner.
There are some major responsibilities as a teacher which is described as -
The prime responsibility of a teacher is to ensure that the learners are enrolled in
correct course of action so that they known what type of learning the students are
involved into.
The teacher should ensure responsibility of how to promote supportive and safe
learning environment (Schaefer and et.al., 2019).
Ensuring of professional development is also known which helps in knowing the
major aspects through which teacher is able to analyze and evaluate the
responsibilities which are majorly evaluated for learning at large scale.
Planning of learning activities which are specific and helps in learning effectively.

There are some boundaries which may arise between professionals and other teachers. This helps
in knowing what is the basis through which there are boundaries which are created between
teachers and other professionals. There are some boundaries which are mentioned effectively and
this enables teaching without discriminating or stereotyping. Learners confidentiality and
information is also maintained and this helps in incurring the major sources through which
teacher acts professionally and with integrity at large scale. Teachers should maintain their
boundaries by performing their own duties and responsibilities rather than others. There are
various boundaries which are designed between the teachers and the other professionals. There
may be lack of necessary skills which may be the main reason for which all aspects of how the
professionalism is maintained overall (Sumantri and et.al., 2018). This helps in knowing the
major aspects through which all the major thing are analyzed and evaluated for knowing the
scale of being professionally a teacher and delivering the best performance at large scale. Valid
boundaries between teacher role and other profession are that other professions are done without
stereotyping and discrimination. Teachers maintain the confidentiality of the learner with all the
information which is included and which beholds the learner. Teacher acts professionally while
there are some other professions which do not include the professional behavior to be
maintained.
There are lack of expertise or because it is inappropriate for the teachers to deal with the
aspect of knowing the major changes which are responsible for evaluating the aspects of how the
professionalism is maintained at large scale. Therefore, these are the boundaries which are
maintained between teacher and other professionals effectively and in appropriate manner.
b) Relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and code of practice relating to roles and
responsibilities as a teacher or trainer in education and training
A teacher is a peacemaker who is responsible for maintaining and analyzing the key roles which
helps in becoming a teacher and providing the professionalism through which all aspects are
considered at large scale in knowing and delivering the best practice to the students in the field
of education and training (Sánchez Prieto and et.al., 2020). Codes of practice are the written
rules which helps in knowing and explaining how teachers work in particular profession and how
they should behave. The most important legislation that obeys the teaching area is Data

Protection Act, 1989. This helps the learners in respecting their data and knowing that the details
are being confined and protected to make its secure.
This helps the students in trusting the teachers within the education and learning process
which is maintained by teachers. Equality and Diversity Act, 2010 is the most important act
which helps in playing the major basis through which this legislation is being made important
and helps in knowing the aspects through which equality and diversity are being analyzed and
practiced within the system of knowing the aspects of how the education and learning process is
evaluated effectively and in appropriate manner. Equality and diversity helps in channelizing
major aspects through which all the essential sources of education and training are known and
this helps in evaluating the aspects of how the teaching profession is evaluated at large scale
(Ali, 2018). One of the most important legislation is explained as how effectively and in
appropriate manner the teaching profession is considered as important and this helps in knowing
the major aspects through which Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act, 2006 helps in protecting
from discriminating vulnerable groups and this also includes criminal records at large scale.
Apart from this, the most important regulatory requirement is described as follows –
The main legislation which is followed for the role of teacher in the sector of education is
that teachers are protected under certain harms under Equal Protection Clause for the amendment
of the constitution. Teachers have the right to be free from discrimination which is based on race,
sex and national origin and as well as freedom (Buitrago Flórez and et.al., 2017). Therefore,
these are the main code of conduct and legislation which are related to teaching in providing
education and training at large scale to students by ensuring that all effects of how teachers are
delivering their roles and responsibilities for teaching appropriately and in effective manner.
c) Ways to promote appropriate behavior, respect for behaviors and equality and value for
diversity in education and training with examples to sustain inclusive and safe learning
environment for learners
Teachers and trainers need to ensure that treatment for learners is done in fair manner and are
considering the aspects of equality. Trainers and teachers cannot the judge the learners on the
basis of religion, belief, sexual orientation. The main aim for respecting for behaviors and
equality is also being analyzed which helps in knowing that the role of teacher is being being

treated on the measures of promoting equality and diversity which should remove discrimination,
harassment behavior and bullying which are considered in maintaining the equality and diversity
issues (Schachner, 2019). Learners and teachers should be treated fairly and equally so that they
are felt as part of the system and this makes them in knowing the aspects of how effectively and
in appropriate manner they are delivering their roles and responsibilities within teaching and
learning system. The teachers and trainers need to abide by the rules and regulations by
following the standards of equally and appropriately knowing the importance of teaching and
learning is being implemented at large scale. The teachers need to afford dignity and respect
which helps in supporting the needs and requirements of teachers and learners by challenging
discriminatory environment, respecting the learners confidentiality and not discriminating on any
basis.
I being a teacher will promote appropriate behavior by not discriminating the learners’ on
basis of any caste, religion, sex and race. I will be equally treating the learners so that they
perform well in their studies and gain confidence by sharing positive reviews as they are being
taught and what are the changes which they need in their system. For example – I will conduct a
an activity which will be including all the learners rather than discriminating them on the basis of
being more intelligent and less intelligent.
There are some other ways in promoting diversity and learning which helps in knowing
the basis through which all aspects are considered at large scale helping in knowing to engage
and empower students, peer working, community projects, group work etc. For sustaining a safe
and inclusive environment prompt response to challenging behaviors, promoting student
responsibility, managing students, responsive to needs etc are the major basis through which
inclusive and safe working environment is known at large scale (Hosein and et.al., 2020). This
helps in knowing how the students can be provided with the safe and inclusive environment in
their learning and process so that they are able to make the areas of teaching effectively and in
efficiently. The main aim of the teaching process helps in knowing the basis through which all
the essential parts of teaching and learning are known by providing safe and inclusive learning to
students. Therefore, to promote appropriate behavior equality and diversity are important factors
which helps in promoting the standards of teaching and learning at large scale and in appropriate
manner which also helps in evaluating the aspects of safe and inclusive environment in learning
new things at large scale. This also will help in describing the teaching process.

a) Importance of identifying and meeting individual learners needs in education with points of
referrals
Learners needs are very important to be considered and evaluated at large scale which helps
education of how the learners are able to evaluate their viewpoints. Individual needs in education
helps in identifying the perspectives of learners through which they enable to ensure that all the
essential elements in learning materials are known at large scale (Porto and et.al., 2018).
Learners may be faster in making them learn the basis through which all aspects are considered
at large scale and this helps in create value in learning process by following the aspect of growth
and development in learning. Learners may also require more time to complete the tasks on
which they are working. There are various points of referral to meet the needs of learners and
this helps in creating the effects of how effectively the scale of learning process and program can
be evaluated. The points of referral are organization systems. The points in organization system
are described as follows — administration, student services, websites, tutorial support, learning
support etc. With the help of organization systems there are different aspects which includes
government agencies, work — related provision, specialist support, employers etc which are
involved in making the system of education in proper way and in appropriate manner. It is
important to identify and meet individual needs of learners which helps in understanding the
essential aspects of learning through inclusive learning etc and also to meet the specific needs,
opportunities, engaging in prior knowledge, developing skills at larger scale etc (Brevik and
et.al., 2018).
Identifying and meeting individual learns helps in relating to how effectively and in
appropriate manner, learning can be done at large scale. This helps in knowing the basis through
which learners are able to ensure that their needs are being met.
b) Analysis of the role and use of initial and diagnostic assessment in agreeing individual
learning goals with learners, including evidence of the Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
The role and use of initial and diagnostic assessment in agreeing individual learning goals with
learners are evaluated through Individual Learning Plan (ILP) which helps in creating value
through which all aspects are identified at large scale. The Individual Learning Plan helps in
