INTRODUCTION
Teaching and learning may have defined in the various of process which may include
number of variable which may show the term of interaction which is well related with the goal
and they are generally incorporated with the new knowledge, behaviour and skills which is
adding the range of learning experience (Kamenez and et. al., 2020). In this report, the major of
discussion is based on the five activity which is planned and show the aspect of various of
activity topic. The overview and planning are used to conducted which may provide the aspect to
design the learning and teaching scenario with the topic. Therefore, the teaching involves the
participation of career planning and guidance towards the roles and responsibility of a teacher
(Karomatovich, 2022). A student must have knowledge and information about their chosen study
path. This shows that, it is essential for the key development of student in nursing practices and
better understand the needs of patients and health care specialist. Teaching is a required field that
boost self confidence and abilities to perform task and activities. It keeps the learners awake and
engaged in the chosen learning and developing path. Therefore, teaching involves various
theories, models, assessments and practices which helps the learners to move with right path.
This enables the key areas and requirement of valuable practices to engage students to work in
inclusive environment (Ke and et. al., 2020).
Therefore, it is necessary for development of core values among the learners to put them in
the crucial opportunities. A student can only grow and learn within the supervision of teachers
which leans within the classroom with support of other peers and groups. A learners have distinct
choices and values which makes them different in their learning style and preferences. For that
instance, it impacts on the growth and development of career path. Teachers take help of
teaching aids, resources, lesson plans and assessments. For the development of career growth and
concern of the teaching practice, it is vital to put emphasise on the learning needs of students to
better identity what they need and how it can be achieved (LaBrenz and et. al., 2022). The report
is going to critically reflect on the student needs and the issues they are facing while learning
(Martin, Sun, and Destine, 2020). There will be discussion about how teachers are facilitating
student engagement through lesson plans, conducting learning programmes and demonstration
method which influence on the weak areas of learners. This report also includes patient
education, patient along with carer participation and their involvement in teaching, learning
along with assessment. It also includes innovation & contemporary practices along with their

development in teaching and learning (Jnr and Noel, 2021). Also, the report will present the
understanding about role of feedback approaches, organisational development needs and
learning. There will be effective learning by giving feedback for the student performance and
abilities of students (Latorre-Cosculluela and et. al., 2022). Also, the organisational learning will
help in providing resources, support and organisational learning needs of each individual. For
that instance, the report will showcase effective planning and procedure of teaching aids and
demonstration of feedbacks, learning assessments and key qualification will be there. All these
learning practices will be conducted for the areas of nursing that how learners will understand
their responsibilities and actions towards other patients. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the
work on track inspiring others as well. There is also discussion about organisational learning and
their development needs (Adi and et. al., 2022).
MAIN BODY
ACTIVITY 1
Title: Laws and policy guiding organisational partnership working in safeguarding children and
vulnerable adults.
During teaching about the law and policy used by organisational partnership working for
safeguarding children along with vulnerable adults which referring to the protection of the
citizen's health, human rights as well as well-being and these are help them to live free from
harm, neglect as well as abuse. These are the inbuilt part of supplying high quality of care to all
people (Kristensen, Lauritzen and Reedtz, 2022). The safeguarding for children and vulnerable
adults are used for all age, culture, gender, disability, language, all socio-economic status and all
sexual identity and all have human right to protection from abuse. I have taught about some
principle of children and vulnerable adults safeguarding which are includes the empowerment,
proportionality, protection, prevention, partnership and accountability (Cockbain and Olver,
2019). Through this, I provide some information about some laws and policies that are guiding
organizational partnership working with safeguarding of these. I also aware students about The
Children Act 1989, The children and Social Work Act 2017 and Safeguarding Vulnerable Group
Act 2006. These legislations play significant role in the understandings the main aspects which
are associated with the care of children as well as young people (Jasmontaite and et. al., 2018).

I explained that vulnerable adults are the individual of an age group of 18 or more than
18 years who suffers from functional, mental and physical inabilities. These are the one who are
unable to safeguard themselves from the harm and exploitation. They require special care from
the community resources. This could be due to cognitive impairment, long term effect of abuse
or negligence (Cooper, Cocker and Briggs, 2018a). Safeguarding means protecting the individual
health, human rights and wellbeing which enable them to live free from harm and any kind of
abuse. Due to inability of vulnerable adults and children in performing their activities, the
vulnerable adults as well as children's need the safeguarding. I should provide some knowledge
that organization partnership working can be effective and may get coordinate to share their
resources and information to perform well and use different laws and policy in effective way
(Iavicol and et. al., 2018). This can allow to provide better impact and help in getting better
response to healthcare professional to perform well and provide proper care and safety from any
type of harm, maltreatment or neglect. Different organization can work together like any hospital
can work with safeguarding organization who specially take care of vulnerable adults and
children with providing proper care and support and take them away from any type of harm or
maltreatment (Kosher and Ben‐Arieh, 2020).
I also provide some understanding about the effectiveness of safeguarding to children and
vulnerable adults. This can lead to create high safety to vulnerable adults along with children
(Barasa Asekenye and et. al., 2022). Children and vulnerable adults are not able to protect
themselves from any type of neglect or harm. In this, partnership working can allow organisation
to take care of children and vulnerable adults. It helps me to take care of them and provide some
support according to their special needs. Organisational partnership working can also lead to
create high positive response towards safety of every individual (Spreadbury and Hubbard,
2020). They all work together to take care of children and vulnerable adults. Safeguarding also
help to provide proper safety and protection through exposure of any harm or neglect (Thacker,
Anka and Penhale, 2019). Through this, it enables me to taught student about using those to help
to enable children and vulnerable adult to live effectively. There are various laws and policies
which can be effective to provide better safeguarding to children and vulnerable adults (Connor
and Down, 2022).
The Children Act 1989 is the legislative framework which are effective and provide
better safety to children form any type of harm. It also helps to provide child welfare. This

legislation also provides safety form maltreatment and prevent impairment of children health
along with development (Freedman and et. al., 2018).
I also taught children about Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 also help to avoid
any type of harm or risk of harm. It can also provide better safety to children along with
vulnerable adults. Here, organisational partnership working can be effective and may help to
implement those in effective way that can allow to improve their care and support them for better
life (Gerra and et. al., 2020).
The Care Act 2014 is the another law which can be effective and help to provide better
protection to children and vulnerable adults from any type of risk or risk of abuse, neglect etc.
This can be effective and allow to provide better response towards care of children and adult
where organisation who work in partnership can apply this effectively. Working in partnership
can help to allow them to use those in effective manner and provide better protection to children
and vulnerable adults (Turney and et. al., 2018).
These are some of the information that I provided during teaching. It helped me to
provide better and effective way that are associated with ensure about proper teaching and
guiding about the safeguarding children and vulnerable adults through organisational partnership
working. These can be effective and may help to provide better impact towards learning and
knowledge. This can be used during the healthcare service practices and help to improve the
professional practices (Foster, 2022). As a teacher, I also need to provide proper information
about the effectiveness of the organisational partnership working that can be effective and help to
provide better response to improve knowledge and learning. This can also help in getting better
response to use those in the professional practices (Blakemore and et. al., 2019).
I taught student about the law and policy that uses by the organisational partnership
working to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. I also aware them about safeguarding
which is essential for providing the care and keep child safe at home as well as in schools. The
safety of the children and vulnerable adult is take as priority and give the responsibility to ensure
that the organization understand the role of safeguarding and applying appropriate legislation and
policies in practice. Policies and laws are essential for the providing wellbeing and safety to
adults and children when these are come into contact with the services which are includes
schools as well as workplace (Firmin and Abbott, 2018).
