SECTION A
1.1- Explaining key aims of education & training in own specialist area
Management is one of those specialist areas that put positive impact on growth and
success of individuals. The aim of education related to this area is to collect information and gain
knowledge about effectiveness of management and its benefits that enable individuals to grow
rapidly (Education's five key aims, 2022). Another goal to learning in the context of management
specialist area that I had chosen to provide better understanding to each student who may also
take approach to get knowledge in same field.
The goals of training in regard to management as specialist area is to boost performance
and productivity level, which is quite essential and beneficial for individuals success.
Furthermore, it can be said that training play vital role in growth and success of a person, as it
may enable them to develop comprehending about those concepts that in turn provide a lot of
benefits (Ahmed and Sayed, 2021). Education and training in chosen field cater key advantages
as it may aid to improve current practices of a person or applicant and give them chance to reach
desire outcomes successfully. It may enhance their skills and develop key competencies that help
to achieve set goals.
1.2- Analysing philosophical issues related to training and education in own specialist area
While conducting practice related to education & training in management area, individual
may face major philosophical problems. Aim concern is the best example of a philosophical
issue that put negative impact on my learning and knowledge gaining process. As they may face
challenge to determine what is the appropriate goal and guide ideal of learning. Another issue is
related to key practices that a person conduct in regard to education and training procedure. Each
form of issue may lead to decrease the effectiveness of training and development or education
practice in the context of chosen specialist areas such as management as I had chosen this area to
grow.
2.1- Describing aims and structure of key qualifications in management as specialist area
It is quite essential for an individual person who may take approach to develop their
understanding in the context of management area is to gain better scores and get better education.
These things may enable them to achieve short, long and medium term goals in effective manner.

MEC-GTUCA, IES global, IES local, NTE and other terms are included in structure of
qualification related to management areas that drive the attention of individual toward obtaining
high scores.
2.2 Describing aim and structure of learning programmes in management specialist area
Knowledge gaining is the best example of training session that may conduct in order to
provide basis understanding about management as chosen specialist area (Designing a Learning
Program, 2017). It can be said that a learning programme play significant role in learners growth
in term of reflecting their growth and driving their attention toward conducting essential actions.
In learning programme structure varied terms are included such as competencies, specific
learning results for each session, content & learning activities, delivery approaches and tasks as
well as practice opportunities.
4.1- Analysing ways in which resources meet individual needs of learners.
It is essential for a teacher to meet individual needs of students in term of adopting and
using different ways. Each way enable them to use a resource such as curriculum that help to
meet learners needs in appropriate manner. Need determination is the best way in which chosen
resource help to fulfil my expectation and need. This way may provide positive and desire
outcomes to me as I had meet learners needs. While, it also affects negatively as disadvantage of
this resource is that it require more time and efforts. Another resource that meet students needs
are emerging and new technologies that provide benefits to learners in term of using advance
technology that help to collect information about any concept or subject. Utilization of emerging
technologies put negative impact on my and other work as well as it encompass some
disadvantages such as uncertain technical issue. It may require some technical skills that enable
to meet learners needs in appropriate manner.

2.3 Explaining how own approach to preparation and plaining for delivery of learning
programme in own specialist area enables its goals to be met
The best way to plan and prepare learning programme is to strategic need identification it
may enable a teacher to successfully and appropriate plan learning programme through which
they may teach students and provide better understanding about varied things (Akhmetshin and
et.al., 2021). Another way that individual may select to plan and then prepare learning

programme in management area is to set key and smart objectives. It is essential for a learner to
achieve each aim in appropriate and systematic manner.
3.2 Explaining how approach to planing & preparation of learning system in management area
take account to key curriculum problems.
By conducting and using appropriate method like goal setting, individual may take
account of curriculum issue as they may set an aim by considering the reason behind curriculum
problem. Another approach that I take into my account for overcoming syllabus issues is
technology utilization that play crucial role in success of individual learner and enable them to
meet needs. New and emerging technologies play significant role in form of increasing
performance and productivity of each applicant. It may give them chance to achieve goals,
whether they are medium or short. This approach it as beneficial as other techniques, but
ineffective as well as it need more efforts to use that appropriately.
3.1- Analysing inclusiveness of own approach to plan and prepare of learning programme
Need identification and technology utilization are those essential and beneficial
approaches that help a trainer to plan and prepare specific learning programme in prescribe and
systematic manner. It is fact that technology involvement contribute to teach and learn something
useful that help to boost performance of individuals, more than their expectations, which is quite
essential and helpful for them too (Ritonga, Sartika and Kustati, 2021). Without determining
learners needs a teacher is unable to plan and prepare any activity, that lead to decrease the
effectiveness of learning programme.
4.2- Analysing inclusiveness of own utilize of teaching & learning resources in management area
In the recent time, most of the teachers may utilize advanced technologies for purpose of
teaching and learning as key resource in a specialist area such as management (Turnbull, Chugh
and Luck, 2021). It provides me an opportunity to improve learners effectiveness or efficiency as
well as performance level, even better than last few years or months. As I will grab more benefits
than now in several manners. For learning, the same resource a person may utilize in chosen
specialist area, which in turn lead to increase their comprehending about multiple concepts.
Internet, flexible use, ease of access, stimulation and engagement & intranet for specialist
research, are those resources that used in the context of teaching and learning and also to manage
areas. It can be analysed that each resource is inclusive as it encompasses some strengths as
benefits and weakness as drawback.

5.1- Description of how individual have liaised with other trainers and teachers
There are different forms of approaches, ways and techniques are accessible in the world
that enable a person to corporate and collaborate with others, whom they want to share key
information and collect the same thing. For example, by using email a person have liaised with
other trainers and make important discussion with them for purpose of planning further learning
and teaching activities related to students (Karatsiori, Liontou and Zafiri, 2021). It may give
trainers opportunity to maintain the privacy of data and collaborate quickly, because technology
enable them to share any info in effective manner. It may increase performance and productivity
of both individuals and drive their attention toward successful plan implementer that is essential.

Face to face collaboration and communication, allow a teacher to coordinate with
other education provider, for purpose of transferring strategic info about students growth, scores
and improvement (Zemouchi, 2021). It is the best way to liaised with teachers and share key
suggestions about learners improvement and knowledge development (Plan, 2021). It may help
to gain trust and build long term relation between two people, on the basis of that they may work
and act in appropriate manner. Along with above, face to face communication enhance conflict
resolution opportunity and provide excellent clarity to work conversation that save power and
efforts of trainers and teachers to specify each point of important data again, that consumes time
and require more attempts as well as initiatives.
5.2- Reviewing impact of liaised on practice & professional development.
Effective communication, collaboration and coordination put positive impact on
professional development and trainers practices. For example, with liaised or negotiate a teacher
may gain a lot of benefits in term of preparing successful and appropriate curriculum that help to
fulfil learners needs and meet their requirements (Armstrong, Brown and Chapman, 2021). It
may enable them to develop themselves professionally in term of collecting information and
methods details that support preparing learning programmes in bulk, through which students gain
benefit. Aim and objectives setting is one of those practices that drive the attention of a teacher
toward focusing on further requirements of students and their needs. In regard to this practice
they may gain benefit of effective collaboration. It may give them chance to solve minor or
major issues as discussion help to resolve challenges and allow person to deal with each in
appropriate manner. Collaboration, communication and negotiation always affect positively, but
when it conducts into practical manner it may affect negatively, especially in case of differences
between individual person regarding any concept or term.
It may lead to decrease trainers or tutors performance and development in form of
creating challenges and making working environment stressful that is not beneficial for them as
well as others growth. It is essential for teachers to understand other perspectives before
communicating with them, because it may build strong relation that affect performance and
practices positively and bring growth opportunities.

6.1- Reviewing effectiveness of own skills and knowledge.
I am posing better understanding about problem solving because of having key skills
such as effective decision-making. It is one of those skills that play important role in critical
situations and issue resolution, in term of solving key problems and obtaining desire outcomes,
more the expectation of individuals. By taking right decision, I can obtain unpredicted results
that in turn provide a lot of advantages. Another skill that I had and use effectively because of its
effectiveness is ICT, which enable me to utilize advanced technologies. By using a technology I
am able to collect useful data about any topic and conduct appropriate practice in regard to
curriculum development and designing.
I had great knowledge about code of conduct and legislations that has been followed in
the world of education. It has allowed me to perform ethically and sustainably that is essential
for me in varied manners or reasons. I am also posing good understanding about research skill,
that is as effective as all competencies.
6.2- Identifying strengths and areas for professional development.
Effective communication, team work, problem solving and decision-making, are one of
those strengths I have and utilize to obtain better outcomes in the field of management. By using
communication skill as key strength I felt more confidence and capable to share and gather
information with other teachers who are conducting useful and beneficial practices in the same
organization or academic institute.
Presentation competence, team formation and conflict management, terms are included in
list of those areas that I plan and tend to develop professionally as all these are my weaknesses.
All these weaknesses I planed to overcome in term of developing an action plan. Each area
development play important role in my career growth. By improving these areas I can grow
professionally and grab existing as well as further opportunities in the world. Each area
development is important and beneficial too because of several reasons. For example, by
developing team formation effectiveness I can form or build a team of knowledgable candidates
or applicants who are able to achieve set goals and provide benefit of everyone at the end of task
or work.

6.3- Producing a plan which identified where opportunities for updating and improve knowledge
& competencies can be developed
