Role and responsibility of a teacher
One of the main role that I have as teacher is to encourage and
motivate the learners to develop their ability and aspiration to learn.
A role of teacher involves much more than a standing in front of the
lecture.
The inspiration to the learners need to be given by the teachers in
order to change and develop their personal, social and professional
skills.

The primary responsibility of the teacher is to make sure that the learners
are enrolled on the correct course.
In terms of meeting their awards and organisation requirement, the
teacher need to make sure that learner is on appropriate course.

 The initial and diagnosis assessments need to be carried out by the
teachers.
 With learners, other professionals and stakeholders, the teacher need to
have a clear communication.

 The safe and supportive learning environment need to be promoted
by the teachers and they need to promote equality and diversity.
 To the key legislation, regulatory requirement of codes of practice
they need to adhere.
