2PROJECT CHARTER: DRIVE THROUGH SUPER MARKET 1 INTRODUCTION It is a considerable fact to build new constructions in manner to be motivated towardseconomic growth and development however, proper and effective planning is the only strategythat could lead such projects towards success. This project is about the construction of a drivethrough super market that will allow the consumers to buy groceries and other products throughriding vehicles. The project is one of the big project with vast budget estimation within a year.The proposed project will have 40 order stations under a single roof allowing the consumers withan effective approach for finding the necessary products. This report will be emphasizing on theproject management aspects of the project including the necessary deliverables and constraintsthose could be considered for delivering the successful project. 2 PROJECT AND PRODUCT OVERVIEW (BACKGROUND) Construction sites are more vulnerable to risks and issues and hence, proper planning isthe only way through which the project can be executed successfully. The considered area for theproject was 170000 square feet where the proposed project can be delivered allowing theconsumers to buy product even after riding vehicles. The estimated budget without consideringthe contingency plan is estimated to be $12 million in manner to manage the warehouses,necessary deliverables, and project activities. The project will take one year in manner tocomplete the construction and allowing the organization to launch the project for public use. 3 JUSTIFICATION 3.1 Project purpose or Business NeedThe purpose of the project is to establish a drive through market successfully that can beaccessed by the public for buying products and groceries without parking or coming out of the

In present situation, every consumer want a fast service without altering personalcomfort and the proposed project will allow them to get the same services. The development ofthe project will need the large area land for the development of the specific construction that canmeet the demands and traffic of the consumers. The target customers are the individuals who arebusy in their personal and professional lives and do not want to spend extra time in parking andordering. This will provide the necessary products at every counter even in the rush situation andhence, the services can be delivered in an efficient and effective manner. Moreover, the landshould be wide enough allowing the vehicles to enter from one side and reach to the entire storesand getout with proper billing system. 4 SCOPE 4.1 Objectives Following are the objectives those are considerable for the effective and efficient deliveryof the project:To fulfil the needs and requirements of the consumers in an efficient and effectivemannerTo allow the consumers shopping to be easy and fast services that can allow them to buynecessary productsTo develop a drive through supermarket that will allow the consumers to buy the producteven through riding the vehiclesTo propose a system that can allow the consumers to avail the services even in very rushsituation
