TITLE: “The impact of teamwork in UK express delivery department Wednesbury
division”
INTRODUCTION
Teamwork refers as the ability of group of member to communicate effectively
while working together and accomplishes each other's demands. Teamwork motivates
each other to perform well for achieving common goal. They lead higher creativity and
loyalty at workplace. Teamwork plays essential role in organization because they create
healthy atmosphere and inspires to each other to take healthy risk at workplace. They
lead effectiveness in decision-making process by giving good suggestion. Teamwork
enhances productivity of employees within workplace. There are some demerits as well
which occurs while working in team such as conflict, inability to give decision during
emergency etc. The impact of teamwork in UK express delivery department is taken as
research topic. The main reason behind is that there is very less communication among
the employee as result delivery becomes late in UK. They unable to give high
performance due to conflict and lack of understanding among them. Aim and objectives
are also based on the research topic. Research methodology uses for this topic so that
information gather in quality. Questionnaires also taken for research topic which is used
to collect primary data. In this research selects appropriate techniques which helps to
collect qualitative data in well-mannered.

LITERATURE REVIEW
As per the view Bell and et.al., (2018) teamwork plays vital role because it is not
only develop individual skills but also inspires others to improve their skills by learning
effectively. Good teamwork builds effective characteristic such as open and honest
communication. It leads loyalty in each who involved in a team as team member. A
good team keeps defined roles so that confusion doesn't take place in employee while
working. Good team offers open communication that reduces conflict in employee and
builds good relationship among them. They also support each-other to work hard and
achieve common goal. A good team gives values to each other by listening their
different opinion intently. It gives negative impact as well for example due team-working
they are highly dependent to each other. Team doesn't make effective decision when
needs. they don't understand other members roles who also has team within company.
Sometimes, conflicts also occurs among team members during performing their job in a
team.
As illustrated by Etikan and Bala, (2017) there are some issues which generally
occurs while assigning task. For example each team member has own opinion and
each wants to give priority of their thoughts as results it leads conflict among them.
Another reason is poor communication that also responsible to reduce well-being of
employee within workplace. To resolve such kind issues among team member offers
open communication. It helps them to understand each other and reduces conflicts as
well.

other to work effectively. There were open communication in employees which helps
