Different approaches to supporting employee wellbeing Technology and digital is transforming the manner of doing business, however poor mental health of employees which include anxiety disorders, depression and other conditions can create negative impact upon both organisation, employees and line managers (Juchnowicz and Kinowska, 2021). In this it is essential to address mental health and employee well-being in organisational workplace structure in effective manner. Recognition of social isolation It is essential for an employer to offer recognition to employees in terms of social isolation and mental health. Due to significant increase in technology and digital there is a negative impact on mental health of employees. In this it is essential for organisation and managers to take advantage of recognition in order to implement a digital transformation in effective manner. 3
