This dissertation evaluates the strategic and economic aspects of Tesco's online food delivery system, with a focus on the grocery section in England and Ireland markets. It aims to determine the needs of the online grocery industry, understand the sustainability of Tesco's strategy, and identify the impact of home delivery business model on organizational performance. The research questions include the business strategies and models used by Tesco, the success of home delivery systems in the post-pandemic era, and how the online unit can maximize operational effectiveness and customer relationships.
