INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour refers to the research of the attitude and behaviour of the
humans where individual basically communicate and interact in a team and they also implement

efficiently. Organization behaviour assess the organization in order to evaluate as well as
understand how a person communicate and interact with other people and it also permits the
leaders or managers of the business in order to influence the attitude and behaviour of the

area and it was launched in the year 1919 and it was founded by Jack Cohen. In addition to get
the following report will cover about evaluation of power, politics as well as culture of the
business that influence the behaviour of a person as well as members of the Team. In addition to
this it will also cover about examination of several theories of motivation that permits a business
in order to accomplish there long terms objectives as well as goals.

the long term betterment and sustainability of the business. In relation to the respective
organization Tesco plc management is focused on offering suitable environment of working to
their workers in which the staff can be more appreciated as well as satisfied and they also
function with more productivity and level of performance in order to accomplish the long term
objectives as well as goals of the Tesco (Ahmad, and et.al., 2022). Concept of power, culture as
well as politics in relation to the Tesco plc is described below in brief:

or managers of the respective organization Tesco plc that permits them to delegate several work
to the staff and also let them to finish those work on the given period of time. In addition to this
this type of our provide assistance to the leaders or managers in order to guide the actions of the

Reward Power: Reward power is the capability of a person in order to offer appreciation

Coercive Power: This type of the power is known to be such power that is attained from
the capability and competency of north individual in accordance to impact the behaviour of other
members in the business with punishment, sanctions as well as threat. If a person in the business
is not capable to complete or finish its work on a given period of time then leaders and managers
of the business can take suitable disciplinary action against them and in this type of circumstance
this power is offering capability to managers in order to fire or punish the employee in
accordance to them. In addition to this this type of power provide assistance in helping individual
in order to monitor the behaviour and controlling its behaviour of the worker that assist them to
making sure that all the people in the businesses abiding every norms as well as policies that are

Legitimate Power: This type of the power basically comes with the higher position of an
individual and it involves delegation of the obligation that comes with authority and higher
