INTRODUCTION Business refers to the organisations wherein people works to produce valuables and sell them in exchange for money. Similarly, business consultancy refers to the entities that works to deliver the professional as well as expert services to the potential clients (Cameron, 2016). Through distinct business model, business consultants provides valuable suggestions to key client entities so to save their time, efforts, revenue together with resources. The present assignment is based on Parents Paradise which is an UK based education centre that provides soft play education to children of age group till 11 years. The assignment covers information about the organisation, application of analysis tools along with recommendations for solving issues. MAIN BODY Summary Parents Paradise is one of the soft play institute for children up to 11 years. It offers lots of fun as well as activities to the children (Parents Paradise. 2019). The centre is located at Watford, United Kingdom. The vision of the centre is to provide high education quality with fun and activities so to develop small children. It keeps little ones buzzed as well as entertained with excitement so that they remember their soft play experiences. Analysis Parents Paradise is presently facing obstacles while performing activities. These issues are no proper organisation structure, non routinised activities, low motivation within workforce and so on. In order to ascertain the reasons for the obstacles, various tools are used for analysing situations (Cope, 2010). Analysis tool are characterised to the frameworks which breaks a problem into various parts so to search easier solutions for issue resolution. The PEST Analysis for such context is as explained: Political: AsParents Paradise is soft play centre which is not much influenced by political factors. The UK's political system makes various rules so to protect the children. When new rules are governed or some modifications are done by the political system then the institute also have to make changes in their existing practices then impacts on their operations at great manner. For example, when there are chances in the season, the political authorities changes school timings. In this, some children comes to soft play centre early while some gets late which is the main reason for the no proper timings. Economic: The economic factors are connected with the variables of economy which do not impact workings of Parents Paradise as the institute is self managed organisation which has its own rules and regulations. But there are some situations in which parents ability to raise funds for the activities of organisation impacts on various operational activities. For example, when parents are not able to make fees on time or when little funds are only gained from outsiders, there are situations when salaries to the staff are not paid on time that makes they demotivated or unsatisfied because of which issue of mismanagement occurs. Social: Social factors are basically concerned with the consumer groups that causes reasons in hurdles within Parents Paradise. When local residents shifts to other cities, then some of the authorities or managers also shifts due to which there are changes within organisational authorities as well as manages too (Johnson and Et. Al., 2017). In addition, when demographic preferences for education of small children changes, it creates pressure on current management team and with this they leaves the soft play schools and it becomes reason for changes in the management team. Technology: Technological factors are connected with advancement of technology or innovation in technology. within Parents Paradise, technology have limited role. For example, technology is used at such premises so to make small children learn with the help of E-book readers as well as uses software so to manage IT systems are some activities that can hamper workings of such soft play centre. The tool is used for assessing behaviours of potential parties in context to Parents Paradise. Following is the stakeholders analysis in context to Parents Paradise: High power and low interest: In this stakeholder type, government authorities are considered. In context to Parents Paradise, government have low interest but high power as they changes timings of the soft school considering the variations in the seasons that causes problem of late coming as well as early going of little ones. High interest and high power: The managers of Parents Paradise falls in this category as they holds supreme powers to make decisions for the entity. Managers restricts involvement of others while decision making that causes issues in the centre (Lynch, 2018). 3
Low power and low interest: In this category, staff members are considered as they do not have any power to devise decisions and have low interest on profits of Parents Paradise. Low power and high interest: In relevance with Parents Paradise, parents of small children are considered as they have low power in decisions taken at school but have high interest in education for their little ones. Ideas for action According to the results gained from analysis,Parents Paradise is recommended to include parent also while making decisions in order to resolve the issues concerned with timings as parents are generally strict for timings of the schools in which their little one goes. In addition, while hiring school managers, Parents Paradise' owners should make contractual agreement of 1 year such that issues concerned with changes in management are resolved promptly. CONCLUSION Th above assignment concluded that in present era, business consultancy entities provides assistance to clients so that they operate the activities and operations in prompt ways. By using SWOT analysis, organisations understand their key strengths, weaknesses and pertaining threats and opportunities. In addition, PEST analysis is used for assessing factors that exists externally. Along with this, stakeholders analysis is used to analyse the involvement of stakeholders in the institution. 4
