INTRODUCTION Business is a said to an entity in which individuals work together to make addition to sell commodities for earning profits (Harris, 2017.). Similarly, business consultancy is termed to a profession that delivers expert advices for any problem against charging fee. The present report is based on Dandelions Nursery School that is located at Chamberlayne Road, London, UK. The report covers information about company, application of appropriate analysis tools along with some recommendations to solve issues. MAIN BODY Summary Dandelions Nursery School provides education facilities for early growing children between age of 18 months to 4 years. The school is situated in one of the city of London, UK. The vision of the school is to deliver high quality education for development of young children. It is a cooperative nursery school that believes in flourishing children in fun, caring and creative environment through play. Analysis Dandelions Nursery School is currently facing some issues such as non routine work, no organisational structure, low motivation within staff members and many more. To find the reasons for the issue, analysis tool are used (Holmes, 2018). Analysis tool are said to frameworks that breaks a problem into smaller parts to find easier solutions in order to resolve the issues. These tools are generally used to analyse all the internal and external issues. Various tools for internal as well as external analysis are as follows: PEST analysis: To analyse external environment, PEST analysis is best. Herein, the tool is choose for discovering, evaluation, arranging as well as tracking macro environmental factors which creates issues at Dandelions Nursery School. The PEST analysis is as follows: Political: As Dandelions Nursery School is play institution that is not affected much by political factors. But when there are some new rules governed by political authorities of UK then it impacts on great manner on working and operation's of the institute. For example, during seasonal variations, political parties changes timings of school due to which children either come early or late and that is the main reason for such issue of no proper timings. 1

Te stakeholders analysis is as follows: High interest, high powers:These are generally the managers who holds powers of decision making at Dandelions Nursery School. These people do not prefers to engage others in decision making as thus, issues occurs at workplace. As government do not get involve in working of school due to which the school set their timings as per their own wish and that results in issue of late coming and early going of children. In order to overcome this, the entity must promote the company so that they can get effective managers who can manage the staff involvements and routinised activities. when one manager is hired. The school owners can make agreement with them for at least 1 year so that the issue of changes in manager can be resolved effectively. CONCLUSION As per the report, it can be concluded that analysing environment of business consultancy firm is very important as it helps in identification of pertaining issues. The analysis tools that appropriately fits in determining the issues are PEST framework for external analysis, SWOT framework for internal analysis and Stakeholders tool to analyse involvement of internal and external people playing roles within institution.In next stage, the company can perform activities such as customer surveys to gain knowledge about perception of customers for the School. 4
