INTRODUCTION

The following project is based upon Fatisa Cafe Pizzeria which is a cafe offering Italian
andMediterranean cuisine. The project consists of situational analysis done by the company with
a view to identify the key issues prevailing within its premises. Also, it includes approaches to
resolve the issues, risk assessment and stakeholder analysis. Further, it constitutes specific
