Proposed subject – To evaluate the strategies which needs to be consider by Lush company for
increase the awareness and sales of new launched clothing products.
Justification for your selection of company/brand/tool:
The main reason for selecting Lush company for this research project is that it is
providing high quality products that is significant for meeting with the meets of customers. This
company is dealing only in cosmetic product and it has opportunity to expand new range of
products to attract more customers towards business. By launching new clothing product range
Lush company will be able to increase sales and profitability of the business. This will be
significant for taking better decision and enhancing performance.

various factors that will help in better decision making. This research will include frameworks
for analysing internal and external factors. Analytical frameworks are significant for taking
better and accurate decision that will lead to enhance business practices for internal analysis
VRIO and SWOT frameworks will be consider for determining the resources within
organisation. PESTEL and Porters five force framework will be used for determining global
market along with social cultural influence on business. This framework will assist in
competitive analysis of organisation. Ansoff Matrix will assist in analysing the sources of
opportunities. Strategic analysis framework is considered with the motive of analysing risk and
scenario planning. Through this different ethical and corporate social responsibility issues.
