INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneur is considered as an individual who initiates business as well as faces all risk
and also enjoys the profitability. Moreover, they are commonly undertaken as an innovator,
source of new offerings, ideas procedures and others (Mazzarol and Reboud, 2020). The chosen
company for this report is Airdri, which is a hand dryer’s manufacturer. It was developed in year
1974 in Oxfordshire through business partners named as Peter Philips as well as Peter Allen. The
topics which would going to covered in this report are research backgrounds, Literature review
and research methodology. Apart from this data analysis is also going to be done with help of
some model such as SWOT, Ansoff and others.
Research Background
The aim of this research is report is to analyse the business growth of aridri through market
expansion overseas in Malta. For instance, the research would going to conduct various analysis
would helps them to analyse the respective entity’s internal environment, external environment,
growth strategy, risk factor and others. So that the research would able to accomplish their
objectives in effective and efficient way.
Literature Review
Models to analyse the internal environment
As per the viewpoint of Aziri (2020), In order to initiate new business within any areas this
is essential for entrepreneur to analyse the internal structure of its workplace. As this would
assists them to determine the effective resource availability along with various opportunities and
threats for their new business. For instance, research are going to used some effective model
such as SWOT and VRIO. SWOT analysis, it is considered as one of the essential techniques
which are basically utilised through firm in order to determined their strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats. While on other side, VRIO, it is also undertaken as vital tools which is
used to evaluate the resources effectiveness that are available into firm.
Techniques to analyse the external market environment
As per the viewpoint of Kuznetsova (2020), External environment is composition of whole
outside factors that affect the business operations as well as practices positively and negatively.
So, this si essential for entrepreneur to determined the various factors for expanding their

business at new locations. For instance, some of the effective tools which can be used for
analysing the external market factors in effective and efficient way. Some of the techniques are
PESTEL analysis. Porter's five Forces and Ansoff Matrix
Situational Analysis
In relation to this research it include number of aspects which are based on outcomes and
has to be achieved. In order to Airdri require an appropriate system which will helps manager in
performing different function and suing these function according to needs. This is also analysed
that there are different function which has to measure by meeting explanation and perform
different operations according to resources. There are different situation which has to be used in
accordance with needs so that business firm can perform its function and manage resources. In
order to conduct internal analysis there are different framework which can be use by business
firm. These are useful to achieve business objectives and manage functions according to needs.
In order to this, there are different frameworks which are discussed below:
SWOT analysis
Scanning internal environment is most imposed part which have to be used by business
fir in order to achieve business objectives and meeting requirement of business function and
manage all those business function in order to achieve better results. In context Airdri, it is
identified that there are number of function which has to be performed by business organization
while lunching its operation in Malta. In order to perform business function there is use of
SWOT analysis. This can be define as that framework which is related to using tools and
performing business function by analysis internal capacity of firm . This internal identification of
strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of firm in business environment in which it is
trading. These aspects of Airdri are stated below:
Strengths
Innovation is major strength of this firm where there are number of individuals working on
different aspect of business. This is because firm is using continuous innovation approaches
which helps in performing function by using innovation and managing operation according to
needs.
Price effectiveness is also an strength of firm. This is because Airdri is using effective tools
which support minimum wastages and provide advantages to firm in context of low prises of
there product and services.
