Throughout the assessment I have analysed numerous of things that is; digital technology
can be considered as an intrinsic component of today's organisation. However, I came to know
that these technologies will make simpler, quicker and less expensive for all people to
communicate with one another. By using the digital technology project manager get succeeded in
making the work performance and overall performance easier, quicker, improves the work
performance, and able to know the corrective measures to overcome the problems by evaluating
them with the help of digital technology. Basically, I have encountered numerous of problems
and issues while handling a large business project. Thus, it will require to re- education and
focused on the skill development for the new careers, service centres and organisation.
Furthermore, the digitization of products, processes, services and interaction to make it
possible and manage it in precise manner. This will help in for vast possibility includes the
opportunity for the employees to grab the chances in the organization which will help in
grooming and enhance the skills and knowledge of their employees. This also help in the
performance measures and the appraisal of an employee also helps in to get a chance in
promotion. Bring Efficiency the digital technology helps an employee to improve the work
efficiency and provide the higher production in the companies. This will led to improve my

Increase in the productivity while using the digital technology it will help in increasing
the productivity of the organization. This gives a platform to an organization for a long existence
in the existing competitive market. This will provide accuracy by using upgraded technology it
