respondents, Seven strongly agree to the fact that digital technology has helped in growth of

respondents at M & S, eight accept the positive impact of implementing the digital technology at
work place while three employees agree and disagrees to the fact of positive impact in using the
digital technology. Only one employee deny the positive impact of digital technology on M & S.
Thus it can be said that digital technology is well accepted at work place.
P6 recommendation as per the research and data analysis process
From the above research and data analysis process it can be said that the digital
technology is well accepted in the firm to a greater extent. However, to a limit, M & S has to
make the necessary modifications and alterations to meet and cater the needs and demands of the
user in a better and significant manner. These recommendations will help the cited business
organisation to handle its operations in a better way and execute the business functions to get the
better productivity and profitability. The M & S can use the effective systems in a better way to
handle the operations of the user in a better way (Bolnick And et.al., 2018). The better utilisation
of the latest technology like digital marketing and social media platform will help in gaining the
better market base and meet the needs and demands of the users in a better way. This will help
the firm to have a better understanding of the needs and requirements of the users and develop
the innovative products and services to meet them in a very effective way.
Besides this, M & S can opt for the effective measure of developing the better training
and guidance measures that will help in meeting the needs and demands of the users as well as
the work force that will help in handling of the different sort of business operations in better way.
The rise in the efficiency level of the employees will help the firm to meet the operational

tools and techniques for managing the business operations will be identified and discussed. In
addition to this, a wide variety of recommendation has been given to have proper data analysis
and the learnings is been effectively reflected.
