These are the overall customs which have been designed for the firm and play a role in theoveralloperationalefficiencyoftheorganization.Theorganizational culture has the capability to impact the overall employee motivation and based on the culture, the behavior of the employees can be determined accordingly (Ryan and Deci 2000). For this reason, when the employee motivation of a firm is impacted then in such a case, the productivity gets affected (Bryson, Alex, and Michael White 2019). This research is aimed at understanding the overall impact of the organizational culture of the various organizations in Bhutan to find their impact on the employee motivation of the employees in the firm. Literature Review Organizational culture The Organizational culture is a set of underlying beliefs, the ways as well as assumptions which are adopted by an organization. According to Bortolotti, Boscari, and Danese (2015), the organizational culture is often also known as the company culture, workplace culture or the corporate culture of the employees. Employee Motivation The employee motivation is the level of commitment which the employees portray in an organization and tends to determine the overall manner in which the firm is impacted by the willingness of the employees to perform well (Lăzăroiu 2015). Whether the firm is performing well or not, it is the duty of the firm to contribute effectively towards the motivation of the different employees. When the employees do not perform well, it affects the overall productivity of the firm and hence, has an impact on the revenue earning capability of the firm. Hence, the different organizations need to take adequate initiatives to ensure success with the employees and to encourage them accordingly. According to Kuranchie-Mensah, Boye, and Amponsah-Tawiah (2016), employee motivation plays a major role in determining the success of a firm in the long run.
