Moreover, continuous participation of the manpower helps to accomplishesmanagerial goals for business empowerment for longer side of the business. This would help Wa-Pila to give suggestionabout bringing management styles or change leadership pattern at given time period. Also, people engagement in the Wa-Pila hotel is recognised to grow business growth of this hotel to gather business accomplishments and also objectives intogiven time. Also, Wa-Pila used Maslow need theory as management style, use of which each individual will give its 100percent for accomplishment of company's goals or function with the purpose to get productive outcome without any kind ofthe hindrances. Internal relationship: In the service sector, building most productive relationship is an integral part of every businesssection, which is comprises of building long term relations with the customer as well as other related people of this firm.Also, establishing productive relationship with entities such as customer, suppliers, investor etc., will assist Wa-Pila hotelto achieve competent position of a service position into the market. However, this factor has chances to gather businessoperation at the productive period of time. Internal relationship among employee, supplier, investor, stakeholders and othersenior people will assist Wa-Pila hotel to gather customer satisfaction at productive level.External factor: Stakeholders and customer: This is considered as one most necessary external factor through which need & demand ofcustomer's & shareholder’s changes as per the current marketing trend, which helps to provides management stylesdirectly. Moreover, relationship between stakeholders, investor and customer are an emerging support with help of whichWa-Pila can gain strategic position in the marketplace to ensure about business profitability and also decision making at theproductive time.Handling diverse workforce: Service industry is a place where companies faces different backgrounds, culture, languagecustomer or employees which creates diversity among working environment. At the same time, managing these factor isbiggest challenging for Wa-Pila as they meet the same in their daily routine of profession life.Past Leadership: In the past, the leadership style which have been adopted by the leaders is Autocratic Leadership Stylebecause of low knowledge level and small size of business which have made the leaders to make centralisation of power.
