In the coming slides, I am going to discuss about the information of the organization that is internal structure, market research techniques and R&D methodology for the organization. In addition, to this leadership challenges and opportunities has been discussed for this organization. In the Slide 2: In this slides, we are discussing about in internal structure of the firm. At present, the organization aims to employ around 800 people whose total revenue is around 1.6 billion dollars. EFS is the holding of two organization that is EnzymeTech and Essendon emulsifier. Each of the division is completely headed by a General Manager (GM). In the Slide 3: In this slide, I am going to discuss about the key recommendation for improving the internal structure of the organization. This particular organization need to plan ahead for creating an organization structure which helps in overall business growth. The most convenient way is all about building optimum organization structure for the business. Most of the small business aims to create responsibilities for different department for saving money.Essendon Food solution need to combining human resources, sales and marketing.

At present, the organization culture is such that senior executive need to come up by using rank. Most of the executive of the organization have an extended period and aims to work for a single business unit. The average age of the senior management team is found to be 53. Most of the senior staff members of the organization come up with degree in Microbiology. In the Slide 5: In this slide, a list of recommendation has been given for the external factor of the organization. Essendon Food solution need to follow a list of steps for improving the internal structure of the organization. The management needs to address the following points for improving the external structure of the Essendon Food Solutions Keeping a track of fluctuation of economy and market Analysing both finance and credit Analysing changes in the local infrastructure keeping a track of changes in the law order. The organization is considered as best in the industry of enzyme application. In the last few years, the marketing manager of Essendon emulsifiers have visited two of main exports that is china and Indonesia. Around 30% of profit and 20% revenue is coming from the sales that is being exported.

Partner with different suppliers for new ideas In the Slide 8: In this slide, I will highlight the research and methodology for the organization. Essendon Food Solutions is very much proud of its management trainee program. Around 80% of the staff members have joined the organization as the management trainee. They have become successful in drawing achievers from some best universities. The owner of the organization believes to recruit best graduates and to make them stay in the organization so that they can be benefit the firm. In the Slide 9: There are generally four steps which are needed for navigating the innovative process so that there can be smooth integration in the organization.
