THE POSITIVE LEADER

Introduction
 Leadership is an act of leading a group of
people towards a common goal or objective.
Leadership has various styles, forms and
ways in which it is conducted. In accordance
to the leadership trait theory there are two
types of leadership which are Positive
leadership and negative leadership. In this
presentation there will be discussion over the
Positive leadership style and characteristics
which are needed by a positive leader to look
after the wellbeing of a Emotional Labourer.

Positive leadership
 Positive leadership can be defined as act
of leadership which contributes to the
organizations and helps the following in
operating under peer pressure of work.
Positive leadership looks of increasing the
performance of the workforce within an
organization to an higher level.
