INTRODUCTION
Assistant manger of the company is an emnplo0pytees who have managerial skills, and they
also have supervisory and managerial authority, and assistant manger work under the higher level
of the mangers and this post is often promoted within the ranks after being recognized for the
efficiency or leadership potential.
This report will four sections in which first section will cover the self-knowledge and
provide introduction background and interest and it will also cover the self management skills,
commercial awareness, communication skills which is one of the impotent skills for the assistance
mangers because they have to guide employees and give them a proper direction to achieve
objectives and goals, And in the end it will analyze the importance of the collaborative skills and
how this helps to achieve goals and objectives of the business, and they can be success full, in the
end of this report will cover section 2,3 and 4 and provide supporting evidence of the career
planning and development and also provide action plan which be abidance and their will be more
evidence which will be covered in those 3 sections of this report.
SECTION 1
1.1 Self knowledge
I am assistance manger and i have worked for the Dragon Net Consulting SRL which is
recycling company in Romania, and they are one of the most reputed recycling company in the
Romania (Choi and Lee., 2017). I was working as part-time assistance manger, so I can increase my
experience in this company and this was my best decision because the manger I was working with ,
having 10 years of experience and this was my plus work. I have learned from him that how we can
mange employees and how to guide them, so they can help to achieve objectives of the company. In
the starting of my days in the company I was afraid of work and giving order to the employees but
my senior manger motivate me and give proper counselling which help me to motivate and with the
time I develop this skills in me. I started taking inter4st in this job and I wanted to become a seneiot
manger because Dragon Net Consulting SRL companies manger was very intelligent, and he was
having every kind of skills which is needed for the masers to handle the management in the
company (Dazai and et.al., 2016). He was the best and right motivation for me and I wanted to
become like him.
In those two years of experience I have learn managerial skills such as planning for the
company, recruiting, managing and many more. I have developed one more skill which is impotent
for the every manager which was decision-making in the company and making new strategies for

the company. Manger of Dragon Net Consulting SRL company give me a chance to take decision-
making of the company in which I have learn how to take right decision and how they can
overcome from the situation in the workplace. Strength I have developed from my experience is
“never give up” this is my strength which I have gain from my experience of working in Dragon
Net Consulting SRL company (Hodgson and Paton., 2016). This good thing I have developed and I
also motivate my other friends by this strength. In my opinion people fail in the business of their
job when they do not get any outcome but this is the best way to learn and do not repeat it again.
Before I was working in the Dragon Net Consulting SRL as a part-time but now I want to
work in this company for the full-time. Because I have enough experience and strength to work in
this company as full time job. Company have already knowing my strength so this help me in the
interview for the job in their company (Mitchell and Gamlem., 2017). I have also showed them
want I have learned in this company and how can I help company to achieve their objectives and
goals, so they can be success full in their business. Now I am able to guide employees of the
company and also mange the activities and operation in the workplace. Employees relation is also
important for the better working environment, and I am having good relationship with the
emplo6yees of the Dragon Net Consulting SRL company and I can handle their performance and
their work.
1.2 Self management
Mangers job is to mange all the activities in the company which I have leaned from my past
experience in the Dragon Net Consulting SRL company. This management skills which I have
developed from my experience also helping me in my personal life (Murphy., 2017). I have leaned
time management skills which is impotent for the every person, and mainly for the assistant
managers. They have to make their proper time schedule because this time management skills
affect the employees of the company as well. I have leaned these skills from my senior manger and
I started working every task on the time and in my personal life also I have change everything and
in the morning I make my proper time table and according to time table I mange my all the work. In
this time table I get time for almost every task and all work also mange. This is impotent for
everyone and mainly for the assistant manger because they have to mange all the employees in the
company and if they are not having proper time management skills and management of the
activities then they cannot guide the employees properly, and they cannot expect from the
employees to give better outcomes, I have develop self management skills, so I can work properly
as an assistant manger and I can provide proper guidance to the employees sop they can help
Dragon Net Consulting SRL company to achieve goals and objectives of their business. Resource
management also a part of my work, so I learn how to mange resources when company have

limited resources (Stillman II., 2016.). Mangers work is to use resources properly and reduce the
waste from the resources, so they can get better product and company can also reduce the cost and
earn profit by using the proper management of the resources.
I have learned time management skills from my past experience and I am using this time
management skill in my personal time, so I can be punctual of the time and 2nd thing I have learned
to mange the resources because companies can have storage of the resources so it is important for
mangers to meager the resources and minimize the waste from the resource so it can be available
when it is needed in the company (Yılmaz and Yılmaz., 2015). And last management skills I have
learned was problem solving skills which I have learned from my senior manger which help me in
my personal life as well and whenever I get into the problem I can find the proper solution, because
every problem have right solution, we have to find the problem and make a proper strategies to
overcome from the problem and according to me problems help individual to learn and do not
repeat the same mistakes. This skills I have I develop in my self and I can use these skills in the
Dragon Net Consulting SRL companies workplace to mange the employees and it can help to get
better outcomes from the employees, and they can achieve goals and business objectives and
company can gain competitive advantages.
1.3 Commercial awareness
I want to work in the Dragon Net Consulting SRL company on the assistant mangers job
because I have experience in this job and I know how to manger employees in this company. I am
having knowledge and I also have take degree in the assistance manger, so will apply for the
assistant manager's. I am having 2 years of experience in working in this company in the same post
but that time I was working in the company by for the part-time but now I want to work full time in
this company. I am having experience in this field and I am ready to take higher responsibility but
right now I wanted to work in the same post which I was working better, so I can take more
knowledge from the high level of mangers because there is still many thinks which I have to learn
from the higher level of the manger and it is only possible if I will work on the assistance manger's
post in the Dragon Net Consulting SRL company.
Dragon Net Consulting SRL is looking for the employees who are having experience in the recycle
industry, and they can help to sell their product (Zhao and Peng., 2018). Employees should have
marketing knowledge, and they should know the trends in the market and how they can deal with
the people.
I have all the qualities and skills that are required in a assistant manager in the organisation.
I perfectly suited for this job role.
I have a of good communication skills and people management skills to manage the

business environment. I have an influence quality to control the employee's works for the better
results. I have an ability to motivate the workers and employees at the workplace for increasing the
productivity and performance. I also have a equitable and fair nature with all the people.
I will provide my best assistance to the manager of the company to completing various
managerial tasks and actions. I have an ability to work as a manger in the company, if the manager
is absent. I have a collaborative skills to effectively work with the head manager of the organisation
and perform many supervisory duties (Rowe, Perrin and Wall., 2016). I have a strong attention to
important details and information. I have all the assistant manager skills such as leadership skill to
provide the effective directions to the workers, have an ability to comply with given directions,
responsibility and decision making capability for the job of assistant manager.
As per my past experience of a post of assistant manager in the Dragan Net Consulting SRL
company, I have a all knowledge and skills of assistant manager. I also know the key role of
assistants manager in the particular organisation. I mentioned all the details of my experiences,
skills, talents, work experience, qualification, that plays a major role to attract the company's
managers. The past experience is a main factor in my CV. As per the record of my CV, I'm perfectly
suitable for this company and the job role as assistant manager.
1.4 Communication skills
As I worked as a assistant manager in Dragan Net Consulting SRL, it is reclining company
in Romania. From this job, I had improved my communication skills. I gained a huge knowledge
regarding the principle of effective communication. Effective communication is very important in
any organisation, it plays a major role to conducting any activity with effective and efficiently. I
improved my communication skill with the great knowledge of its principle such as clarity in idea,
uses of appropriate language, attentive communication, consistency, correctness, consideration,
creativity, conciseness etc (Lloyd-Walker, French and Crawford., 2017). I had learned about the
importance of effective communication and the role of its principles to make the communication
more attractive. It is very essential for the employees or managers of the company to follow the
principle of effective communication to improve their communication skill and attract more clients
and customers. I had a huge knowledge about the how communication establish or destroy the
organisational structure. Effective p-lays a major role to create a positive environment at
workplace.
I have a high communication skills. It includes attractive body language, authenticity,
actively listening quality, emotional intelligence, mirroring, effective tome of voice etc. I have a

good communication about the answering the asked questions in job interview. I also good in
vocally, written, visually communication. With the past job experience, I become able to effectively
communicate with the great personality. I have a effective communication skill that are improving
my personality for applying job and promotion (Tahan, Watson and Sminkey., 2016). Now, I
become able to manage interactions with organisations and business with my great communication
skill. I'm very attentive during the any communication and focus on clear communication to
eliminate others confusion. I have a best listening quality to conduct my communication more
effective, that are help in in my job interview and presentation. In my presentation, I focus on all
the participants and receive and give feedback accordingly. In the presentation, I used to maintain
my volume and speech for the effective communication.
Sometime, I'm lack in my confidence during the communication. The lack of confidence in
the communication can destroy all the impression and attractiveness of the communicator. It is
main beerier of me to create effective communication. In the so much crowd, I become unable to
make eye contact during the communication. For improving that, I will indulge in many training
and development programmes. This will helps me to improve my communication skill. The regular
practice and attaining training programs help me to develop my confidence in the communication.
I'm also lack in maintaining the volume during the communication. Sometimes, I become so loud
and it creates misunderstanding between the people. It can also create a confusion in the listener
that the particular thing is a responsibility or a order (Qiao and Xu., 2019). For improving that
communication skill in the future, I will involve in the practical sessions of the effective
communication. I will improve my tone of voice and spend more time to engage in reading and
learning things. Body language is most important in the effective communication, for improving it I
will comply the related communication guidelines and principles. I will engaged more with my
audience during the communication.
1.5 COLLABORATIVE SKILLS
From the past job experience, I had increased my collaborative skills. I had also developed a
high knowledge regarding the collaborative nature in the organisation. It is very necessary in the
organisation for effective teamwork at the workplace. I had also improved my adaptable nature
during the changing conditions. I had improved my adaptability, if in the organisational conditions
becomes changed or varies (Gaede and Kaempf-Dern., 2018). Form the experience, I also
generated huge confidence while work with other team members. I also developed a quality of
mutual understanding with the team members. I also followed 'mutual respect' system in the team
work, it is very necessary in the team work to conducting the tasks effectively. I had gained a

knowledge regarding 'one team one goal' theory and worked accordingly. As per the principles of
teamwork, I followed all rules during the team work such as divide the task according to the
labour's skills and ability, effective communication during the team work, working together as a
strong group, properly manage the conflict situation in the team members, provide appropriate
support in the team work.
My collaborative skills
Collaborative skills are the behaviour of the person that helps them to work in group
effectively and efficiently. I have all the collaborative skills such as expressing emotions and
opinions and indulge in collaborative activities in a very great way. I have an ability to work with
number of team members and I follow the patients and claim during the team work. I have a
capability to direct the team members for completing the task with a very effective manner. I also
make the effective decisions in any complex and diverse situations. I use to work with my members
without the creating the unnecessary issues or troubles. I have a leadership quality to provide a best
guidelines to the team members. I have a huge knowledge regarding the collaborative strategies,
that plays a major role to create a effective team management in the organisation. I completing the
various teamwork tasks or project with my The professionalism skills and self management skills.
To improve my Collaborative skills in the future
To improve my collaborative skills, I will develop my adaptability skills to gain the
changing situations and work in that situation effectively (Kozlov., 2018). I will focusing on the
maintaining and building the trust in the organisation. I will take necessary actions to reach the
consequences of team member conflicts, for that I will developed my problem solving skills. For
the effective collaboration, it is very essential for the person to improve their self awareness. For
improving my self awareness, I will used to follow the regular guidelines of organisation and
organisational structure. I will also establish a effective level of analysis, control and structure. I
will also focusing on improve my team management skills to create a positive environment in the
organisation's workplace. For effective functions of group work, I will also adopt the training of
improving communication skill, team management skills, guiding skills etc.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that the effective career planning and development
various skills and knowledge are required for any person. For the becoming the assistant manager
of the particular organisation, a person should have a many skills such as self knowledge, self
management skills, commercial awareness, communication skills, collaborative skills etc. The self
knowledge skill is essential that encourage the person to develop and enhance their knowledge

through various sources. It is a great skill to improve the knowledge and learning ability to become
a specialist. The self management skill helps the people to manage all their activities within a
specific period of time and a very effective manner. Effective communication is very necessary in
any organisation to develop a positive environment in the workplace. The commercial awareness
helps the people to enhance their knowledge by important details and information. Collaborate
skills is necessary to effectively manage the teamwork. It assist to improve the group work and
eliminate the conflict that can occurs between the team members.
