Ethical considerations
Ethical consideration can be defined as set of moral principles which are responsible for
governing the behaviour and decision of carrying out specific activity of an individual. It
includes the number of ethical factors that are required to be followed by an investigator.
Basically, it includes informed consent, autonomy, honesty, trustworthiness, justice and
confidentiality. It is necessary to focus on ethical considerations because it is favourable to make
accurate decisions while carrying out research. However, the ethical factors are responsible to
drive the procedures and activities of study in correct direction which provide support to gain
accurate findings accordingly (Puri, Yadav and Garg, 2017). In context of this investigation,
researcher focuses on maintaining confidentiality of participants and their relevant information.
The legal permission has been taken from specific authorised person or organisation in order to
utilise their relevant data for the purpose of this study. Moreover, the investigator remains honest
and trustworthy towards participants and research data & findings in terms of making the same
reliable as well as valid in future. The respondents were previously informed about everything
process of the study and motivate them by communicating that participating in this investigation
an important contribution towards welfare of society. Additionally, the respondents were not
forced and only those individuals participate who want to do it.

Theme 1: The basic understanding of urgent care in healthcare sector.
As mentioned above, it has been evaluated that urgent care clinics are considered as care homes
which available in emergency situations when other hospitals services are not available. It
includes the separate care centres which provide support to people to gain medical facility
anytime, anywhere to make them disease free. However, there are different contingency
situations occurs when hospital facility is closed or not available then urgent care homes provide
medications to make an individual healthy. It has been analysed that urgent care clinics have
well-trained and knowledgeable staff members who were able to make appropriate clinical
decision quickly and save patient from complications. It is favourable to manage the burden of
hospital settings in regards to dealing with emergency situations urgent care clinics are suitable
to perform treatment for contingency patients with effective focus whereas other hospitals will
manage other regular cases by working properly. Urgent care clinics are helpful to reduce extra
work pressure and provide appropriate clinical facilities to people immediately for their
wellbeing. It has been determined urgent care clinics are favourable to improve strength of
healthcare system for providing affordable and easy access to medical facilities to become
wellbeing.
In addition to this, it has been founded that urgent care clinics plays an important role to deal
with complicated conditions in more effective as well as efficient. It includes that urgent care
homes have staff trained to deal with emergency cases which is their regular routine work due to
which they have much potential to improve health condition of patients. However, it has been
studied that urgent care reduce travelling long distance among people to gain treatment for
recovery of particular disease. It is observed many times that patient may acquire extreme level
of complications or dies during the journey of reaching hospitals. Such conditions can be
avoided with the help of urgent care homes to improve health condition of population living in
the nation. It has been analysed that government is required to be focus on this aspects and focus
to make availability of at least one urgent care centre so that nobody will die to lack of medical
services nearby their location. It will provide support to reduce death rates and enhance health
status of people which contribute to development of the country.

Considering the given data, it has been founded that primary need of urgent care clinics is to
improve efficiency of healthcare system working in the country. It is very important to focus on
strength of health system and put efforts to enhance the same. Basically, health system will not
strengthen by advanced technology or staff members but it re1uires to ensure easy access to care
facilities with reasonable prices for every individual of the country should be maintained. It is
essential to make availability of urgent care homes at every location to eliminate the problem of
travelling long distances to gain desired treatment.
It has been identified that urgent care clinics are needed to make medical services convenient for
common man so that citizens can easily gain treatment. It is observed that people cannot afford
needed treatment because it is very expensive for particular specialist is not available. However,
these situations are responsible for developing complications which are required to be removed
by making availability of easy accessed services. This is the reason to establish urgent care
centres at every locality of the nation which work for improvement of health of people.
However, the urgent care clinics are needed to deliver immediate and accurate facilities for
patients facing chronic health problem to support them for recovery.

From the above data, it has been analysed that increased urgent care clinics impact positively as
people get accurate care facilities in quick way. It will facilitate to improve the health condition
of people by providing immediate care. It is observed that delayed services of lack of facilities
responsible for development of extreme level of complications. However, the urgent care clinics
in different locations are favourable to address the medical need of individuals quickly by
providing better quality of treatment. It has been founded that ramifications of increased urgent
care homes is suitable for poor people as it will provide support to them for gaining affordable
services for addressing the chronic health problems to make them healthy. Meanwhile, it
includes the fact that people will get cost effective medical facilities that is helpful to maintain
appropriate health status of entire population living in the country. It is beneficial to improve
effectiveness of entire healthcare system and mange health condition of citizens that is
favourable to enhance economic strength of the nation.
Theme 4: the role of care professionals for encouraging urgent care homes for welfare of
citizens.

Considering the given information, it has been founded that care professionals plays an important
role for building the urgent care clinics by supporting this decision. They have responsibility to
make new employees and interns capable to improve their skills as well as knowledge level for
establishing settings of urgent care. It includes the criterion of encouraging interns to focus on
this speciality for further working so that sufficient medical staff can be organised for established
urgent care centres in the country. However, it has been analysed that medical professionals
should focus on establishing urgent care clinics in the country by involving in relevant
investigation to build up them at appropriate places. It will provide support to enhance the
availability of services at every geographical area so that citizens can easily access the care
services and improve their standard of living.
Chapter 6: Conclusion and Recommendations
From the above study, it has been concluded that urgent care clinics are necessary to be
established in different locations for welfare of people. It is necessary to provide quick and
accurate medical facilities in emergency situations for making people wellbeing. However, it
includes the use of secondary sources to review about need of urgent care homes. It involves the
criterion of improving quality of services, provide cost effective facilities, easy access to
healthcare services and many more.
Considering the given data, it has been recommended that urgent care clinics should be
established after conducting investigation of their need regarding different locations. It is
suggested to make availability of urgent care homes at every local area where people face
difficulty regarding health facilities for solve their problem and support them to maintain their
better health condition.
