3PROJECT MANAGEMENT Introduction:The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is the summation of all theknowledge present in the whole work of project management. Along with the other professionslike the law, medicine or other aspects, the PMBOK is used by the academic persons orpractitioners who use the guide and applies it in their relevance. The Project Management Bodyof Knowledge is a constantly evolving subject that includes the various subjects and practices,which includes the published and unpublished materials. The following report discusses about the various project management techniques. Themain discussions of the project are to manage the cost and time for projects.Discussion:The main work of the PMBOK guide is to reference and note the various subsets of themanagement practices. These subsets are “identify”, “generally recognized” and “good practice”.The “identify” is used to provide a general overview of the description provided (Rose 2013).“Generally recognized” is used to note that the guides and principles are generally applicable forall the projects most of the time. “Good practice” is used to denote the provisions of success inall the management policies that are being addressed. Thus, the personnel responsible for projectmanagement are responsible for determining the amount of success in the applied project.Project time management:The time management is used to accomplish the timely completion of the project. Thewhole management process is divided into 6 processes.
