models applied in teaching, learning and
assessment
In several situations, theories, principles and models will be
applied as the assessment. With this regard, activities promoted to
provide detailed information towards the aims and objectives.

Behavioural theory
• This theory applied with classical conditioning which stimulate
to the whole group.
• In this way, response also define in the operant conditioning
which determine response with reinforcement.
• Learning also develop with defined outward and expression of
new behaviours.

Cognitive theory
• ognitive theory consist grew in response which stored
knowledge.(Bradshaw and Hultquist,2016).
• It develops process of connecting symbol in systematic
manner.
• Verbal learning also considered in the cognitive learning which
considered important role in it.
• Every person will easily learn with any age and provide terms
as well to understand.

Cognitive
It is related with the inquiry oriented project.
In the classroom it perceives with opportunities for testing of
the hypotheses.(Chen,2014).
It is little emphasis on the affective characteristics.

Social learning theory
• Social learning theory consist observation and sensorineural
experience.(Cummins and Swain,2014).

Research report to detail analysis of
theories, principles and models of
communication
In respect to considered detail analysis of the theories,
principles and models, there are several aspects of communication
must be frame. Models of communication refers as the conceptual
understanding towards the human communication process. First
major model for communication came in 1949 which provide
proper communication among the sending and receiving the
messages.(Cope and Kalantzis,2014)

Shannon and weaver model
This is original model which describe and designed to create
systematic functioning.
Initially it determines as the model which consist three primary
parts such as sender, channel and receiver.(Demetriou,Shayer and
Efklides,2016).

David Berlo
In this model of communication include linear model and SMCR
model of communication.
Sender message channel considered separated model in different
part that are expanded with scholars. (Duncan and Goddard,2016)

Schramm
Communication is usually described with several dimensions such
as source, emisor, sender, encoder, etc.
Therefore, it assists to examine destination, which could be impact
on the message which receive continuously.
It includes acts which can be in many forms and ascertain
systematic results at workplace.
Further, together communication content and taking form as
message towards the destination.

Implementation of Theories
• There are several theories of communication that are behavioural,
cognitive etc. These theories helps the organisation to give effective
learning.
• When top level of management is communicating with the lower level
management, they will serve some information with helps the employee's
to gain the same knowledge
• Learning is being gained with the knowledge and it is being gained with
the help of information.
