INTRODUCTION
Literature review and reflective writing both play a crucial role in understanding things in a
better way. Literature review is referred to the way of understanding things in a precise manner
and reflection on the other hand is related to the self analysis of various aspects. It is essential to
write literature review in order to gain efficient knowledge related to a subject matter (Baum,
2019). In this project a brief literature review is written on motivation and comfort zone in order
to understand them in a precise and dominant manner. In this report, a reflection is written which
reflects brief understanding of a topic.

According to the view point of the (Boella, 2019), the best things come from the living
outside of the comfort zone. By encouraging and motivating an individual it will be easy for
them to perform their task and project in a more efficient and effective way to increase the
productivity and profitability. A comfort zone is termed as the psychological state in that the
things can defined as more acquainted to an individual and by which it will perceive them to
control of their surrounding that are experiencing as the low levels of the anxiety and stress as
effectively. In the present zone and the manner of the steady level of the performance that is
possible as effectively. It will also termed to the performance that can be get improve by the
amount of the stress by which an individual can be deal in various sort of the ways as effectively.
The issues and the problem that can be starts with getting it as too comfortable in the
comfortable zone. By the manner of the major sources that can be happens in figuring the
manner to stop the motivated sections to attain the type of the targets and the goals that can stop
