order of monks into a 500 – acre monastery that would include accommodation for 30
monks, a Gothic Church, a retreat center for visitors, a church for nuns of the Mount
Carmel among other facilities. For this purpose, a nearby ranch has been identified
which meets these needs of Father Daniel Mary. Various sources have been identified
which could contribute towards the compensation to be paid for this land to be
purchased including funds from coffee sales as well as donations from patrons of the
