This assignment aims to identify the impact of tourism on small family business (Hotel) using a case study on 'Holyland Guest House'. The research will assess the economic impact of tourism on Nepal's economy, analyze benefits for Holyland Guest House, and determine strategies to enhance profitability. The study will utilize primary and secondary data collection methods, including interviews, surveys, observations, books, journals, and newspapers. The findings will provide insights into the effectiveness of total quality management and continuous improvement in hospitality organizations.
